Fridfullt och ändå centralt, med bil endast 20 min till Arlanda och 30 min till Stockholm. Stor, avskild trädgård, med många olika trädgårdsrum för alla aktiviteter, sinnen och åldrar. 10 min till tåg/buss som tar er till Stockholm city på 40 min. Platsen har anor från Vikingatiden, runstenar och vandringsleder utanför dörren. Abba växte upp här i Vallentuna.

Relatively newly built bright rooms in apartment on 1st floor. Grey parquet floors, slanted but high ceilings in general. Wi-fi, chromecast. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. Keypad-lock. Shower/laundry with washing machine/dryer. 3 parking-spots. Small terrace on 1st fl. and sun terrace at ground level.

Högåsstugan is a 25 m2 guest house located on our quiet lot in central Knivsta. The house was newly built in 2020 and includes all of the modern amenities. It is a short walk (12 minutes) to the train station which takes you to Stockholm (30 minutes) or Uppsala (10 mins). There is a very nice ICA grocery store (8 min walk) and a small nature preserve (5 min walk) close by.
