Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Relatively newly built bright rooms in apartment on 1st floor. Grey parquet floors, slanted but high ceilings in general. Wi-fi, chromecast. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. Keypad-lock. Shower/laundry with washing machine/dryer. 3 parking-spots. Small terrace on 1st fl. and sun terrace at ground level.

Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 meters from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.

Charming, newly built house in the countryside in a quiet area by Lake Mälaren. Distance: Sigtuna (4 km by foot/cycle path, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.
