Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Take a vacation in a newly renovated and light-flooded apartment of a Rhinehessian farmhouse from 1927. The old plank floors in the rooms are just as well preserved as the terrazzo floors in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The mixture of old and modern makes this apartment and farmstead, with paved courtyard, barn building and residential building. The apartment is quietly and centrally located in Frei-Laubersheim and is surrounded by vineyards and forests, which you can explore by bike and on foot.

From Medard, hiking sports, canoeing and draisine rides are possible. Our spacious non-smoking apartment can accommodate 1-3 people. It has a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, one one a double bedroom and a shower room with toilet. The apartment also has a balcony.

The holiday home Haus Cervus in Hattgenstein is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 170 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
