The house stands on a 2 ha terraced property, surrounded by beautiful cork oaks, olive trees, cypresses and many fruit trees. In the house you will find three spacious bedrooms each with a 1.60 m wide bed for two people, a fireplace room, a large kitchen-living room and a bathroom. Private Off-Grid Farmhouse in Vale Da Lua

My father and his wife had a beautiful month-long stay at Rick and Sanne's. The surrounding nature was so serene and peaceful, it's the perfect getaway. There's no cell reception, so it really is off the grid, but the surrounding area has beautiful walks and incredible beaches not so far by car. There's plenty to do. And there's a beautiful outdoor patio where you can work remotely, or eat outside. The house itself is simple, but beautifully constructed and finished, and Rick and Sanne were incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. Even with the recent bush fires, the place was beautiful. Would recommend whole heartedly for anyone who wants to really get away.

"Casa Ánanda" Bliss of the river

In April, we spent our vacation with two people in the cozy, fully equipped and tastefully furnished vacation home. The description and photos of the house were completely in line with reality. The fireplace provided us with warmth and coziness in the evening. The mosquito net attached to the bedroom window led to undisturbed sleep with the window fully open. We enjoyed the view of the countryside in the morning on the terrace and sitting on the terrace with red wine and a book in the evening. We parked our rental car downstairs - as recommended - which did not cause any problems. The communication with Viktor in the context of the booking was nice and straightforward, on site we were looked after by Fernando, who was always easily accessible, very nice and helpful and provided us with good information about restaurants and hikes. Many thanks to Viktor and Fernando for this beautiful vacation.

The apartment is very big and has everything one needs for the stay in Odeceixe. Highly recommended! The host Claudia was always available and very kind.

Rogério was super friendly, told us a lot and answered all our questions. He responded quickly to the messages and was very helpful. We arrived quite early and were allowed to enter the cottage several hours before check-in. We walked to the beach, which was about 3 km away, that was nice. You can do errands quite well in the village. And yep, there's actually no WiFi.
