Excellent stay and accommodation. In general, everything in the house was great. We had a problem with the water not coming out, but Carlos was always available and came to help us solve the problem. We had days with cold and cloudy weather but the hot tub is well worth it 10/10 ⭐️ The house has very nice and comfortable spaces. The rooms 10/10 Kitchen, 10/10 The best part was Carlos' service from the moment we arrived and how comfortable everything was. I would return 100%

Very nice Airbnb, great to rent with some friends. Excellent communication and everything very modern and clean. In walking distance of the city center (20-25min). Very flexible schedule, we actually were allowed to check-in a little earlier. Heating of the jacuzzi worked well.

The place is very nice and with a lot of privacy, incredible view, maybe they could add fans or air conditioning, I went in April and the heat is very strong, excellent attention from all the staff, I will be back soon but definitely in the cold season

Super clean, everything was always taken care of with us, even days before the agreed date, the house was very clean and the people who were cleaning were always very attentive to our needs, pleasant and polite. Miss Maribel was always attentive and responding to our messages, she offered us the necessary amenities to spend an incredible weekend and was very flexible with check-in and check-out times.

Our stay at the house was simply sensational. I went with friends and from the first moment we felt very comfortable: the house is great, with spacious areas, well-equipped and very tastefully decorated. Everything is designed to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying. We especially want to highlight the attention of America, who is in charge of the service in the house. She was always kind, attentive and very willing to help us with anything we needed. His treatment made the experience even more enjoyable. During our stay there was a small problem with the electricity due to torrential storms, but it was something completely unrelated to the accommodation and, other than that, everything worked out great. I would definitely recommend this house and we would be happy to return. Thank you for everything!

This house is just like it looks in the photos. It was perfect for us! We attend a wedding in the Xolatlaco Garden and it is 5 minutes away from there by car. Which was very convenient given that at night when leaving, there is almost no lighting on the road. Beds are very comfortable. Haydeé was very kind to allow us to arrive earlier than check-in so that we could leave our bags and change us before the wedding. It's a simple space but with everything you need to rest.

I celebrated my birthday on this property. It is located outside the city, which allowed us to completely disconnect from the urban hustle and enjoy a quiet atmosphere, surrounded by nature. The place is just as shown in the photos, with a lot of privacy and security, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay. Communication with Rodrigo was excellent, always attentive and clear. In addition, the person who was there to support us with whatever we needed was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a place to relax and have a good time with friends or family.

The house is excellent, very nice. The industrial style combines very well with the environment, simple but elegant. The location is very good, quite close to downtown Tepoz. Teresa is always attentive to everything and very helpful. I liked that there are "Uber Eats" type delivery people and they take everything to the house. The privacy and calm in the place is excellent to relax and get away from the city. In short, highly recommended

A magical place on the mountain. This place is ideal for those who want to connect with silence and La Paz. The atmosphere is of a lot of peace and friendliness. All the time I had excellent communication with Bertha and the place is very spacious and comfortable. I really liked the view, the attentions and Bertha and her staff made us feel right at home. We tried the Arab food you prepare and it was just delicious at fair prices. It is highly recommended for families because the house is very spacious. We will definitely come back to spend a slightly longer stay.

An excellent space immersed in nature, ideal for resting and getting away from the routine of the city. Paulina was always attentive to our needs and the service staff were attentive and friendly at all times. Highly recommended, this is the third time we've visited it and we'll definitely be back.

Everything was excellent, Ricardo's attention was super all the time and the whole time was in communication, only detail, the bathroom next to the pool did not work, he attended the request but could not be resolved at the time and there were more bathrooms so nothing serious. Overall the accommodation and attention are super good. I really recommend it since the area is also super quiet and the accommodation quite private.

This was possibly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in on Airbnb. It is much bigger than it looks in the photos. For example the pool is great for swimming lengths. About 12 strokes long. I expected it to be smaller. The garden is huge and extremely private. Everything is decorated in the most charming and autistic way. The ceramic crockery and glassware in the pantry is just a chef’s dream. We communicated with Nicolas and he was always extremely responsive. His helper Julio Cesar was there to meters and also a ride really early when we checked out. The town of Malinalco is absolutely gorgeous. It’s the kind of place that you could easily stay a week at and wish that you had longer.

Very quiet and comfortable place, as it is Tepoztlán, expect that there will be bugs because it is normal in environments like this. The place is very nice and private, I would do a little more cleaning due to dust and the pillows in the secondary room are very hard but otherwise it was a very nice and quiet stay❤️

Excellent headings, the house was impeccable, very spacious areas, very well-kept gardening, super friendly and playful pets and above all Don René (property concierge), he was always in total disregard for supporting and recommending what he was asked... Even kind and attentive to us... On this occasion, we went to a family event and for the first time we visited the area... We would gladly stay with you again!
