This house is CENTRALLY located in Cuauhtémoc, a village that is 3 degrees cooler than Colima city. Cuauhtémoc is 15 minutes away by car from Colima city; ONLY 5 minutes away from the Colima airport; 50 minutes to the nearest beach; 20 minutes to Comala; 1.5 hours to Manzanillo; 2 hours to Guadalajara airport. There are many services available nearby, such as a convenience store that's open 24/7, among many others. Guests MUST read and agree to the house rules to be able to stay at this place.

Cardón Suite | Casa Remanso

Suite Cardón is a stand-alone unit featuring rammed earth walls, a generous indoor-outdoor en suite bathroom, a work area, a large closet and wardrobe, and two twin beds that can be moved side-by-side to form a king-size bed that encourages more restful sleep than a fully shared bed. We designed much of the property to utilize passive cooling with sustainability in mind, so this suite stays lovely and cool. It has a ceiling fan to keep it fresh and breezy during the warmest months.

Excellent accommodation in the city of Villa de Álvarez, with a good location, quality spaces at an affordable cost, very well equipped to make your stay there to your complete satisfaction. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, a covered garage for 2 cars, a TV room, a spacious kitchen and dining room, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer at your disposal. A heated pool 24 hours a day, a terrace with TV and everything you need to make your days incredible!

Cofradia de Suchitlan is located at about 4,300 feet above sea level, meaning the temperature is warm in the daytime and cool at night. Views of Volcan Colima are found throughout the town which is small and welcoming. Local stores offer groceries and artesania. There is also a central plaza where you may find children playing or a local market on Tuesdays. Nature walks are available out any road--you can ask us for recommendations, ask a local, or ask us to find a guide for you!

Independent of each other, only the pool area is shared Renting both houses at the same time by the same group or family is not accepted
