The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The old mountain farmhouse is the result of careful conservative restoration,where the original ancient features have been recovered and appreciated. Inside the property, 2 comfortable apartments have been equipped. Outside you can find large green spaces where you can enjoy the sun and quiet, elements that make this place enchanted. The Sibillini Mountains are a stone's throw away and a true paradise for nature lovers. Pets are welcome
