Waterfront vacation rentals in Ocho Rios

We had a wonderful stay at Keith's place. So relaxing, ocean swimming is steps away, easy to get around, great food nearby. I highly recommended this place!

We stayed the night after a wedding in the area and we wished we had stayed for longer. The place was exactly as described with a pool and beach area. Matthew was very responsive and accommodating and even called to ensure we got back something that we left behind. A video was provided with clear instructions to find the location and then to find the room. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!

This is one of the best experiences I have had with Airbnb! This place is absolutely beautiful! It was such a lovely stay for my husband and I and is the perfect stay for any couple who are looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in Ocho Rios. The unit is in a gated complex that included an onsite restaurant, pool, parking and walkable garden. We were literally steps away from the beach and walking distance from lots of restaurants, hot spots and fun activities! The apartment is so cozy and beautiful, quiet and perfectly located. We will definitely be back!

Doreen went out of her way to make sure we could find the location easily, she came to show me the place around, the place was beautiful, the cleanest apartment and pool I’ve seen in many years traveling to Jamaica! The view is breathtaking, even better than the photos!! Can’t wait to come back :)

Anthony was exceptionally respectful, polite, helpful and responsive! OMG… I was blown away by the panoramic view of the ocean from the patio. Great spot to meditate amidst the soft splashes of the ocean. Another lovely feature was the closeness of the private beach with lots of musical tunes from the Caribbean. I shall return Anthony!!! Additionally, the unit was spacious with lovely paintings and natural plants.

Our stay was phenomenal and unforgettable! The house was beautiful and just like the pictures with the most comfortable beds. Amazing views of the water, very peaceful and calm around the gated community. Arlene their personal chef is amazing, she makes the most delicious food and is so warm and welcoming. We wanted to bring her back home with us! We have already talked about making another trip to this location to stay even longer!

Vena’s home was great! My family can’t wait to return. She is responsive and communicative. The home is in a secured gated community that verifies everyone that enters. Vena also goes the extra mile by providing a binder with helpful tips and recommendations. We felt at home right from the start.

A fantastic family vacation. I had lots of questions and Jessica always responded and answered every single one. The house is amazing and the view gorgeous. The driver was totally worth it! I reserved SeaGrapes Ocho Rios for May 28th to May 31st. Diana met us at the property. She was quite gracious, attentive, courteous, and made us feel welcome throughout the entire stay. She gave my family and I the grand tour. We instantly fell in love with the peace and tranquility the property offers. The layout worked perfectly for the eight of us. Courtney provided security from 7pm to 7am. His quiet presence gave us a peaceful sense of security. Junie made us delicious meals. Clive the gardner, also saw to it that the pool stayed clean. My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and our anniversary! The location is perfect and walking distance to so much. Our family stays close by and we were able to visit with them as well and spend time with them. Suzanne has an amazing spot. It was super clean. Stocked with everything we needed. Absolutely love this place. The area was extremely safe especially for the fact that I’m a 5:00am walker. Walking distance to everything including the beach and food. Hot water and air conditioning was two most important things to me. Didn’t disappoint. The view was just beautiful and the area was clean. Blessings

This unit is just as seen on the site it is nestled on the second floor overlooking the pool area, it's also in the center of everything. Just across the street there are restaurants and bars as well as within the property itself. I highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in Ochi Rios you won't regret it.

This is my second time staying at this apartment......I have no complaints hence the reason I returned. The host is amazing, quick responses, resolves issues quickly and always checks in to make sure you're ok.

I am a repeat visitor and always look to stay at this unit. Private, clean, great views and great location.
