The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Esta ubicada al final de una calle sin salida con acceso a la Playa del Barco por senda peatonal. La casa tiene amplia galería techada con living exterior y parrillero con mesa. En planta alta, entrepiso con cama matrimonial, en planta baja se encuentran el dormitorio con 2 cuchetas, cocina baño y living. La casa tiene wifi.
