Incredible apartment is Sunny Isles with a beach access. A lot of amenities to enjoy with the Family, Pool, Gym, Tennis Court, Ping Pong Table, Barbecue Grill, Mini Market, Coffee Shop, Hair Salon and Beach access just about 2 minutes walking. Free cover parking inside the building. 5 minutes by car to Aventura mall, 7 minutes to Walmart, 4 minutes to Publix, 5 minutes to Walgreen. Come and enjoy an increíble vacations in one of the best areas of Miami.
