Timothy was a great host. Easy to communicate with. The house is very nice. The beds and pillows are comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to make family dinners. Our child loved playing with the toys available. Timothy was extremely helpful in arranging pickup for items we forgot at the house after our stay. I would recommend this house and would definitely stay again!

This stay was just what we needed, peaceful, beautiful weather. Victoria communicated very well, given that it was off season offered late checkout since no one else was checking in. Only issue was that despite putting the correct address into Google Maps, it took us to the wrong spot. Switched to Apple Maps and got there no problem.

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Summer came and went without my family and I spending as much time as we wanted at the beach. So to make sure we got our fill of sun, sand and water, we rented Brian's house right on the beach and we couldn't be happier. The location was peaceful enough but active enough to keep you entertained while relaxing. In walkable distance to everything you need on a jersey shore vacation. Loved seeing the kids run on the boardwalk, laughing and acting like kids on a shore weekend. Great views from the second floor balcony and enjoyed saying hello and talking to people ealki g by from the 1st floor front porch. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in the house and never at any point felt like we didn't have enough room. Great house and location. Brian is easy to get along with and is an involved host. We are definitely coming back next year.

We visited with our dogs during the off season. We found the home as described in this listing. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was peaceful. We made use of the keurig each morning and enjoyed our coffee on the deck overlooking the lagoon. Easy drive over the bridge to LBI. We actually planned to rent a place on LBI when we found this place and decided to give it a try — we ended up really loving beach haven west and this house and hope to return!

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

This cottage/ house was perfect for our family get away. Tracey was very helpful with all our needs, especially since I booked last minute. Beautifully decorated and clean 3 large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We all loved rocking on the enclosed front porch after a day at the beach. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Great family vacation was had. Thank you Tracey.

Henry’s house was perfect for our weekend stay at the Jersey shore. The place was extremely clean and very well stocked. Henry was a helpful host and the minute you walk into the place you can tell he cares about his guests. Great place, great host, 10 minute drive to the beach and reasonably priced.

I came here on the first day of spring with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday and I honestly can’t say enough great things about the place. Wendy is a true Superhost, leaving great snacks and beverages which was a blessing for us because we stayed inside that whole first day. She allowed early check in which we truly appreciated. Popping in to say hi and check on us, she is an absolutely hilarious and kind person. Feeding the swans daily was an absolute dream! I even got to take some great birthday photos with them. The screened in porch and backyard was a wonderful hangout spot, absolutely ideal on a warm day. The place actually felt really clean when we got there, which is something we often don’t experience in Airbnb. The bathroom shower was absolutely amazing!! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. This place is an absolute steal, and I highly recommend you book it if you’re looking at it. I truly hope to come back in the future. Thanks again Wendy!

Perfect beach house in walking distance to anything on the boardwalk. We will definitely be using them again!

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

We had a wonderful time! It was so nice being able to have everything we needed for our young children. They loved all the toys and the fenced in back yard. We were able to walk around to all the local restaurants and loved being so close to the beach! The beds were very comfortable, and the heating worked great. We will certainly look to book here again soon.

This condo was sooooo perfect for me and my family!! Spacious and so extremely clean , it’s also cozy and beautifully decorated . We loved staying here , the best part was the balcony and that it was only a few steps from the boardwalk and beach !!! Looking forward to coming back in the summer because this is really the best place I have stayed at in seaside heights, you can tell the host really takes care of the place! Oh and it has an awesome backyard where my family and I chilled all afternoon!

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

Jennifer's place was amazing. Very clean home and right by all of the things we wanted to do ! I stayed for a wedding with my mother and my daughter and it had the perfect amount of space. We will definitely bring back !

Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!
