Words cannot describe how beautiful Dimitri’s villa is. Two families with two 5 year olds, had an amazing time and Dimitri’s communication was second to none. It really is a SLICE OF HEAVEN.

Kamen is a great host, very communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend visiting his place.

We want to thank Tatiana for possibility to stay at her place. We spent a fantastic week in an apartment with almost private swimming pool which is almost at your terrace. Communication was perfect, even there was a small misunderstanding with cleaning, but it proved how honest person she is. We arrived very, very early – received a key before cleaning and we received a return as we cleaned by ourselves. It was the first time we finally paid less… In other places we sometimes had to pay more, payments which were not informed to us before arrival. The place itself is very quiet, however there is a restaurant with live music etc.. It is located 1.5 km from the village with shops, etc. The distance to the sea is 8 km. Konrad

The appartement is close to the beach, an using the pool of the Barcélo is included in the price, so we went swimming every day wherever we wanted. Fantastic.

Excellent host. The apartment is located between Flower Street and Nessebar. Beach less than 10 minutes walk. Apartment has everything you would need for your stay. Pool /Jacuzzi/ bistro area very good. Lots of local restaurants and supermarkets that are cheaper than the Flower Street area. Can walk everywhere or there are local buses, mini trains, horse and cart to get about. You can even go on day trips via the bus to other towns. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.

Piękny apartament z kojącym widokiem. Cisza, odpoczynek i komfort. Czysto, wszystko działa, łóżka wygodne, AGD sprawne. Baseny w obiekcie przyjemne i kameralne. Niestety strefa spa nie działała..

Отличный вариант для летнего отдыха, просто шикарный! Вне сезона - будет холодно. На лето рекомендую 👍

Very nice place, close to the sea, groceries, easy to find parking. Everything as described. Me and my mum was happy to spend our weekends there. Ulian is a great host, would highly recommend him=)

Моя родина мала чудову можливість зупинитися в апартаментах Chavdar. Господар допоміг нам з трансфером, не зважаючи на те , що ми трішки заблукали , Chavdar швидко зоорієнтувався та знайшов нас. Апартаменти оснащені всім необхідним, що є в описі, навіть більше. Хочу відмітити зручні ліжка та подушки, що дуже важливо для гарного сну. Дуже близьке розташування до моря, моя маленька донечка (2.5 роки) з задоволенням, самостійно ходила. Також поряд знаходиться багато магазинів, аптеки, зупинка громадського транспорту, зупинка екскурсійного потягу, який слідує в старе місто Несебр. Привітні, уважні, доброзичливі господарі! Я дуже рада , що обрала саме ці апартаменти, мала змогу познайомитися з такими гарними людьми. Та особлива подяка за підтримку!

Greg,,s place ad evwrything to help us feel comfortable. the kitchen is well equped, the balcony is spacious. Te complex is excellent, the pool is big and clean. Thr beach is a stairway away.. All guests have access to tje facilities of Premier fort complex with the restauranrs, water slides and the activitoes for keeping da and nparents each evening. I recommend.

Mostly 5 stars, Martin is friendly and very helpful person and always available to contact. Maybe there are some minor inconveniences, the apts pretty small, it's ok for week or two, but still may not enough for family of three people. And it's pretty far from the sea, not very convenient to pass through the road every time. But the pool is good and always working, so you can always swim on it.

Angeline ist eine sehr nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und hat uns am Tag der Ankunft mit frischem Salat aus ihrem Garten überrascht. Wir hatten ein wenig Probleme das Haus zu finden anhand der hinterlegten Adresse. Das Haus ist sehr ursprünglich, die Küche gut ausgestattet, allerdings mit nur einer Herdplatte, sauber und gepflegt und hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit, der zum Verweilen und Entspannen einlädt.

Квартира понравилась - складывается ощущение что делалась для себя - в ней все продумано, все есть. Прохладно, кондиционером практически даже и не приходилось пользоваться. Конечно веранда решает - это самый огромный плюс, из минусов, что именно на веранде все таки немного шумновато(в 2х метрах самая оживленная дорога города) - кино на веранде не очень комфортно смотреть, поэтому на телевизоре на улице включали только музыку. А так с компашкой отвиснуть - просто супер! Большой телевизор в гостинной поддерживает Youtube и Netflix - очень удобно, а тем более для тех, кто не любит телевидение, как и мы. Интернет очень быстрый, мы себе фильмы скачивали, чего на нетфликсе не хватало. Владельцы даже оставили велосипед, который мы могли использовать, что б съездить в крупный гипермаркет, плюс гриль.

Ми відпочивали в серпні. Роберто дуже чемний і уважним. Допомогал з усіма питаннями . Територія чудова, декілька басейнів, багато зелених клумб і квітів. Уважний персонал. Поряд аквапарк, магазини і кафе. Квартира чиста і уютна. Рекомендую

as soon as you arrive at Joanna's you feel right at home, the place is clean with all amenities, the pool is right outside and you could cone empty handed and still have everything for a beach vacation. thank you for receiving us a 3rd time!

We were on a visit to Rebecca with the whole family for the third time! And this means that we really like to come back here again and again. It has everything you need, a quiet pool, a shop, a beach and restaurants are located nearby. This place is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Die private Unterkunft liegt in einem Resort, in dem viele Norweger ihre Ferienwohnung haben. Daher ist es sehr international und es wird neben Englisch auch Norwegisch, Bulgarisch und Ukrainisch gesprochen. Das Resort ist sehr sauber und verfügt über einen großen Pool und einen Kinderpool. Außerdem gibt es einen Fitnessraum und ein Restaurant. Der Check-In und Check-Out läuft über eine Rezeption, die auch während des Aufenthaltes für alle Probleme Lösungen findet. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Ehebett und einem Doppelstockbett, in dem unten zwei Personen und oben eine Person schlafen können. Ein Kinderbett steht für Kleinkinder zusätzlich bereit. Weitere Personen können auf der Coach im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse. Gefehlt haben uns Topflappen und Geschirrhandtücher, die wir privat ausgeliehen haben. Der TV sendet keine Programme (zu alt), jedoch gibt es die Möglichkeit über einen eigenen Laptop zu streamen.

We werden goed en warm ontvangen. Marco was altijd vriendelijk en heeft ons goed door het dorp rondgeleid. Ook als we een vraag hadden konden we hem gelijk appen en reageerde hij altijd. Tevens was het een mooie villa met alle benodigdheden die je (mogelijk) nodig kan hebben. Kortom, top villa!

We are a couple 70+. We stayed in Andrey's apartment during the first two weeks of September. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, all the necessary amenities were in place, worked well and the manual that Andrey put together was very helpful. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Nobody used the pool. We used it once. The water was clean. A slow walk to the beach took exactly 5 min. The close by food store was 3 min away as well as a large public parking. We cooked at home and have no opinion on restaurants. Andrey is a friendly and responsive host, promptly answered all our questions and gave useful suggestions. Overall everything was very good.

Хотим сказать большое спасибо хозяйке этих уютных апартаментов за наш полноценный отдых. Всё было просто замечательно. Лариса ответственный и внимательный человек. Очень оперативно решает все вопросы и даёт очень полезные рекомендации. Первое впечатление от жилья, что нас действительно ждали. Идеальная чистота, есть всё необходимое и даже немного больше, как например небольшая библиотека. Расположение очень удобное. В шаговой доступности несколько супермаркетов, а до местного грандмаркета 7-8 минут ходьбы. Ближайший пляж и того ближе. Во дворе жилого комплекса есть бассейн с лежаками, но мы как-то больше предпочитаем морскую воду. И ещё одна замечательная особенность этого жилья - это террасы с видом на горы, где очень приятно встречать или провожать рассветы, пить местное Пино Гриджио с сочными персиками и строить планы на будущее. Теперь мы точно знаем место, где можно провести отпуск в Болгарии.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Victor's house. The resort is beautiful, and the gardens are very well kept. The terrace has a great view of the sea. The many pools surrounding the house and beach within less than a 5-minute walk were so convenient and offered many relaxing options throughout the day. There are several restaurants, a beach shop, a playground and a supermarket in the resort. Communication with Victor was very easy before and during our stay and he was very helpful. The house itself was very clean and easily accommodated our family of 5 with extra beds to spare. The house was well equipped with everything that you would need (e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). Having a car made it easy to travel to nearby towns and places of interest (e.g. Nessebar, Sozopol, Varna, Burgas). I would recommend Victor's house to anyone wanting to spend some time relaxing on the Black Sea!
