There is a gazebo, a garden, a bridge for swimming and fishing, a boat, and a barbecue. A small pet is allowed by agreement. The house is handed over to guests in a clean condition and must be returned in the same condition. Loud music outside and smoking cigarettes and hookah inside the house are also prohibited.
