The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

The route of the Jakobs Pilgrim's Way is 3 km away.

We offer a cozy, lovingly furnished apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2023, in the basement of our house with its own entrance. 50 square meters are distributed over a spacious hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a living and sleeping area with kitchenette and dining area. Everything is there and included in the price. (Towels, bed sheets, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes) All you have to do is live and enjoy. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

Tino‘s Tiny House ist ein kleines, eigenständiges Häuschen im Wormser Vorort Weinsheim. Der Ort lädt zum Entspannen ein: - ein Spaziergang am Eisbach - ein Abstecher in die Brauerei Sander - Sonnenuntergänge zwischen Weinreben und Feldern - fußläufige Spielplätze für Kinder Uvm. Die Lage ist optimal um Worms zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die nächst größeren Städte wie Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz und Frankfurt sind gut zu erreichen.

Large windows provide plenty of light, so the apartment looks pleasantly bright despite the basement location. Perfect for nature lovers, wine lovers and anyone who just wants to switch off.

Our modern apartment is centrally located in the green city surrounded by vineyards, directly above our shop "Das Stoffatelier" in the pedestrian zone. Numerous cafes, restaurants, shops and the tourist information (about 100 m) are within easy walking distance. The location is ideal to discover the Palatinate and its wine villages – by car, bicycle or train. Perfect for couples or business travelers who appreciate comfort and short distances.

The feel-good apartment

Our house is located at a hill in a real quiet residential neighbourhood. The modernized non-smoking apartment has got two bedrooms with king-size beds, a living room with a daybed, a completely redecorated bathroom and a new kitchen-cum-living room. Our guests are invited to use the big garden - garden furniture, a parasol and a Weber-Grill is available. We reserved a parking slot directly in front of our house especially for our guests.
