Vacation rentals in Oberer Grumbacher Teich

Super cozy location with short distance to hiking trails. And a delicious Indian restaurant 5 min walk from the apartment. Super nice bed and pillows. Lovely shower cabin with hot water. The kitchen was a bit small, but still had everything we needed. Anne seems really sweet and responded quickly every time.

We were there for an extended weekend. The messages from Sebastian were friendly, very detailed and clearly written. Since we had no questions, the messages seemed to be pre-made. The apartment was very easy to find with Navi and the instructions for check-in were clear and detailed so we had no issues. Apartment was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Checkout was as easy as check-in. Clear recommendation

We stayed for the weekend with 2 adults and 2 children (4 years) in the lovingly furnished apartment and felt immediately comfortable. Alexandra was super accessible, responded quickly and was always friendly. We would come back anytime

We (two adults and two kids) were really happy with the place. We found the place right away. They were received in a super friendly way and everything was explained to us. We were also given tips on where to shop and what to do in the area. We were really just excited, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and we quickly felt at home. For us, the fireplace was a highlight (you have to make wood yourself. You get good wood in the shop on site). Were lucky that there was snow, we built a snowman in the garden with the children and hosted a snowball battle. We were just completely satisfied and 100% recommend the place.

We used the property for an extended hiking weekend. It was perfectly stocked, especially the playroom created great enthusiasm with our children. It was really perfect, everything as we needed, quiet and generously sized. It was a great vacation and we can fully recommend the accommodation and will certainly come back again, as we have not yet walked all the stamps;)

Communication with the host was straightforward and quick, which made our planning easier. The Airbnb is an enchanted old house that has retained its charm. It was cozy and clean, the kitchen well equipped. The house is a bit outdated, but that didn't bother us. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a week in Jessika's beautiful place. The house was perfect for us and everything was as described in the listing. The garden was completely fenced so we could even let our dogs run free. We also used the sauna extensively. It was perfect all around, happy to come back!

We had a wonderful holiday in Osterode. The apartment has absolutely exceeded our expectations. Especially with small children an absolute recommendation. Everything you need is there in the apartment and the surroundings are perfect for walks with the running bike. In the immediate vicinity are three playgrounds that invite you to linger. We will be happy to come back!
