Located in a quiet residential area, right on the Rothaarsteig, you can start hiking and biking trips directly. The apartment has one bedroom, guest rooms for 2 additional guests, a large bathroom with tub, guest toilet with shower, a living/dining room (with wood-burning stove) and a southwest-facing balcony. You can grill and enjoy the sun on the large southeast-facing terrace. The kitchen is comfortably furnished.

Neuwied is the nearest major city. Experience the beauty of our Westerwald nature during your vacation. For example, the nearby Waldsee (about 2.8 km). Fishing and swimming are possible here. The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. Very nice old building apartment for two to four guests in a historic mill. Perfect for a hiking vacation or relaxation. In a picturesque location, outside the Westerwald town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.
