We are 3 miles above Gatlinburg, TN and overlook the ski slopes of Ober Mountain. **Please be aware that we are located on the 3rd floor of our building, with NO elevators available. Also, our condo is located on top of a mountain, so please expect mountain roads. The road up is paved and maintained by the city. As long as you take it slow, it’s a smooth drive.**
