Schön und romantisch eingerichtet. Ruhig am Waldrand gelegen. Man hat Natur und ca 20 Minuten nach Colmar, Kaysersberg oder Eguisheim. Es war sehr sauber und soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar viele Kinderspiele. Leider ist der Kamin ein anderer als auf dem Bild, also ein kleinerer moderner, der aber auch schön wärmt und ein tolles Ambiente abgibt. Uns war das Bett ein wenig zu hart und das Kinderhochbett hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht. Sonst alles super!

Great place to stay in Ammerschwihr in a traditional family home. There is also a table outside in the garden. Everything was perfect and the host were lovely and responsive. It's a great place to stay to explore Alsace and all the surrounding villages.

Großartige Unterkunft! Edith hat uns herzlich begrüßt und Platz für unsere Motorräder in der Garagen geschaffen. Verständigt haben wir uns mit einem Translator, was absolut mühelos war. Das Chalet war äußerst sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank Edith!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits avec notre fille de 8 ans. Ren à dire logement propre et très grand, assez bien situé par rapport aux marchés de Noël. hôte très accueillante. Juste petit bémol pour le chauffage il faisait trop chaud surtout pour dormir 21,5.. peut être revoir cela. sinon pour le reste top top merci

A clean and cosy house with the loveliest of hosts. The owners have been very helpful and kind, they even welcomed us with delightful home-made Christmas cookies and coffee. The house is situated in a small village within driving distance to beautiful towns and walking trails of Moselle and the Elsas.

This is by far the cleanest B&B I’ve ever stayed in – absolutely spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked with seasonings and a variety of beverages. Both the living room and bedroom were tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom and toilet were supplied with high-quality cleaning products, including disinfectant wipes, which was a lovely touch. Although the parking space is a short walk away, it was still acceptable. One pleasant surprise was the presence of a lift in the building, which made access much easier. It would be even better if there were a clothes rack in one of the rooms, but overall, everything was very well arranged. The host was extremely helpful, and all instructions were clearly communicated. The location is excellent – right in the city centre, making everything very convenient. The only thing to get used to was the spiral staircase, but it added character to the place.

Sundhouse ist ein schönes verschlafene Örtchen mit sehr guter Bäckerei und Metzgerei. Von dort sind viele schöne Ausflugsziele erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen sowie super schön, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Cathie, die sehr nette Gastgeberin, hat alles sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Terrasse und die Sommerküche sind richtig toll. Unterm Scheunendach können Tischtennis, Federball und Boule gespielt werden. Ein Ferienhaus mit Wow-Effekt. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft sowie für den leckeren Kuchen und Wein zur Begrüßung.

Wir waren für eine Nacht da. Später Check-In (23 Uhr) dank Schlüsselbox kein Problem. Alles war bereit für uns. Sogar Wasser, Kaffee, Butter und selbstgemachte Konfitüre war vorhanden. Parkieren auf dem Gelände möglich. Wohnung. einwandfrei sauber.Mehr als genug Platz für uns als 4-köpfige Familie. Kommunikation immer sehr schnell, sehr freundlich und informativ. Wir werden wieder hier Halt machen vielen Dank Nancy und Christian!

Nous avons passé plusieurs jours chez Nathalie . Le logement est très agréable et chaleureux. Tout est fait pour que l' on s y sente bien . Nous y étions tellement bien que nous avons pu profiter d une journée détente également , des jeux sont disponibles pour passer de bons moments en famille . Notre séjour à Birkenwald a été une très belle expérience. Le gîte, situé dans un environnement très calme, est confortable, extrêmement propre et très bien agencé. Le tout est décoré avec goût. Ma famille et moi ne pouvons que vous recommander de séjourner chez Matthieu qui est un hôte idéal : sympathique, serviable, accueillant, attentionné, réactif. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à Birkenwald pour un séjour à la Grange.
