We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close enough to everything we needed, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet setting. One of the highlights was getting to fish in the pond. While we only caught a small bass, it was still a great experience to spend time outdoors and enjoy nature. This stay provided the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience while we were in town visiting family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat!

Easy access off the highway, paved driveway with a carport . Restful retreat is a good name for this location. Very quiet. Plenty of room for a family with things for young children to do. You are 10 miles outside of town and the internet service will buffer every now and then. Blinds in the living room would help cut the glare in the afternoon while watching tv. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again in the future.

If you’re looking for a spacious lake home that’s perfect for large families and packed with amenities, this is the place to book. From the private dock and boat landing to the kayaks, bonfire pit, and hot tub, you can truly enjoy the lake in comfort and style. We had an amazing stay at Shawn’s cottage! It was beautiful, peaceful, had everything we needed and more. Shawn was so friendly and fun. The history of the cottage and the property is fascinating. We were able to easily explore the Fall Creek Falls area, Cumberland Mountain and Crossville from the cottage. If you get a chance, definitely visit this gem!

Perfect place for a quiet getaway. Zonda’s home was spacious and very inviting. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We had all the comforts of home during our stay, and we were an only a couple of minutes from the park. We especially loved the huge porch in back, and we even saw a deer that wandered through the yard. I would recommend bringing food, condiments, etc with you as the market across the street is very high priced. There is a Dollar General five miles away, but their shelves were not well stocked. If you’re looking to enjoy some tranquility and nature, this is the place for you!

The location was perfect. We almost booked a hotel room and glad we changed. This was exactly what we needed. Coming back from our event and sitting outside eating was such a vibe. Honestly felt like a little piece of Italy. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this enchanting home! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm and inviting, like a true sanctuary. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and serene, far beyond our expectations. I was genuinely surprised by the natural beauty surrounding the area; the lush greenery and vibrant wildlife created a calming ambiance that allowed us to fully unwind. We were so grateful to have the opportunity to recharge for a few days in this haven. Conveniently located near Oak Ridge, it was ideally situated for our needs, and we appreciated the proximity of several supermarkets. This made it easy to stock up on snacks and microwaveable meals for our stay. One of our favorite aspects of the home was the charming bookshelf. We spent hours exploring its eclectic collection of books.

The house was excellent and there were no negatives about it. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and the location was awesome. Hope was quick to respond to our messages and everything went well. Watts Bar Lake was an incredible lake and there are great locations like Burgess Falls that are within a 1.5 hour drive. We had decided to split our vacation between Watts Bar Lake in Spring City and Lake Nantahala in North Carolina (one of our favorite places) but if we could have made changes we would have stayed the entire time in Spring City. We definitely want to visit the lake again and would use Hope's rental again.

We had four people staying in the condo, it was a perfectly sized space to accommodate us. It was extremely clean, and we had everything we needed for the weekend. We did bring our own snacks and food to prepare meals, which I would recommend doing! We really appreciated seeing staff being mindful and practicing precautions the entire stay. When we arrived, we did have to wait about an hour after check-in as it wasn’t ready yet. And our wristband/keycards weren’t properly activated so they sent a maintenance person to fix that, who was very helpful. We got to see two baby raccoons from the back porch as soon as we arrived though, so we didn’t mind. Would highly recommend this stay for a quiet getaway!! We had a great time.

Stephen’s place was perfect for us. We had a lot of folks coming in for a work thing. The kitchen and living area was spacious and clean. The coffee maker came in handy. One of the units had a shuffle board, which we enjoyed. But the best part is that every bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. It’s almost like AirBNBing a private hotel. But better in every way. We loved it and would stay again for sure.

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The surrounding guests were pleasant and we enjoyed our conversations. The proximity to the Tennessee river was a plus for our fishing excursion. If the opportunity to return arises, we will definitely contact Cali to help us with accommodations. Thank you
