Elvera communicated well and is extremely responsive. The location was close to the beach and restaurants. She communicated to us prior to our arrival that she found out the TV was not working and she was actively working to resolve it which was not a big deal because there was no time to use it with everything else to do in the area. She was accommodating during check in and check out. Her space was large and open with plenty of sleeping accommodations for our group. There was a convenient store a block away which was great to have nearby.

The accommodations and location were excellent. Location right across the street from the beach. One can walk to restaurants and peer from the beach or by the street. My favorite part of the trip. The 2 bedroom/2 bath unit was completely update. Brand new kitchen - appliances, cabinets, counter. Master bathroom was completely updated - beautiful shower!

Had a great stay in Miami. This was our second time in this property and would book again.

I would highly recommend this place as it’s a really nice place with everything you need and just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The rooftop is also a stand out with a great ocean view. I really loved my stay here! It’s also very quiet and the neighbors are super nice.

Really lovely condo. Walk 1/2 block and cross a large local street to get to the beach. (Drivers required to stop for pedestrians, and they do.) Beach is lovely with clean sand, pretty safe water, and not crowded. Condo looks like the photos, is uncluttered and very clean. It is the best equipped Airbnb condo I have ever stayed in -especially the kitchen. It is a cook’s kitchen and has everything you might need. Good linens, bedding, and everything for the beach. Even extra toilet paper, paper towels, Ziploc bags – it’s like being home. The neighborhood is safe, but there was lots of construction in front of and behind the condo while I was there. Hopefully it will end soon. Walking distance to some nice restaurants, which was good because driving is difficult - crowded and fast. Has off street parking. Outdoor area behind house is well furnished and visually private. Excellent responsive communication with the host.

Great host. I love the city. Location is not bad, There were some homeless guys across the yard but they didnt bother us. Just an fyi for single travelers. Easy to find and responsive host. It was 3 of us so Id definitely stay again.

Jane was an excellent host. She was very communicative and always checked up to see if we needed anything. We had a long stay here and it definitely felt at home. I’d 100% be a returning guest at any of her airbnbs.

Very good location! House is used and remember decades but maintained quite well but do not expect luxury. Layout is good for more families. House is very spacious and location is the key here. Parking no problem. Restaurants and beaches in minutes. Great host, well communicating. Overall excellent.

We rented Alfonso’s home for a week. Everything was so convenient. Wonderful time would recommend to everyone

We were traveling with my mother in law to visit our daughter at FAU and watch her lacrosse game. Jim's place is a gem!! Beautiful, spacious, comfortable beds, private yard with a grill and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the beach cart and chairs. Very short walk to the beach. Well stocked with all the essential necessities. I am hoping to come back for another stay. It was worth every penny... thank you Jim your home is absolutely beautiful.

My husband, dog & I stayed at Levana's place for 11 nights & it perfectly suited our needs. Just as the photos indicate, it was spacious & spotless. We especially appreciated having access to a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, washer/dryer, a bedroom with super comfy beds/extra-large closet, & a huge fully-fenced yard with patio seating from which we enjoyed viewing the Hard Rock Hotel's lights each night. We were conveniently located to the stadium (our reason for being in town), great restaurants, grocery stores, cute local shops, dog parks & the Hollywood Dog Beach. Throughout the ENTIRE process, Levana was a wonderful host! She helped us extend our original booking through all available days & was extremely flexible in helping us minimize the time between leaving & checking into our next place (we hated to leave but her place was booked). Though we had zero issues during our stay, she was extremely responsive and made sure we were OK. Wonderful stay!!! Highly recommend!!!

We had a great time. It was all about the backyard for us, which was great. The house itself could use some TLC, but it was a very nice stay.

We had a wonderful time staying in Lauderdale by the sea at the Villa Margarita… it had all the conveniences of home and we loved the space and updates… We used the pool every day and also the grill that was provided… The location was really good and within walking distance to everything… We loved the little diner on the corner and had rented a golf cart so we could just load it up with our things and just go around the corner and across the road to the beach or head over to the shops and restaurants the other direction to the beach… The only thing I will say is even though it was a very convenient location the description of the condo being “steps to the beach” sounded like the beach was closer than it was, but it didn’t end up being problem for us. We would definitely return here in the future!

We had a great stay at Liliana's place! Clear instructions, clean place and location was perfect! The space is great for 2 people. We had a slight mishap when trying to check in, (error on my part) but I called Liliana at midnight and i got an immediate response ! I highly recommend and we would stay again !

Olga is very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. My friends and I had so much fun staying here and it was absolutely beautiful!

This was the perfect getaway spot for our family. The beach is literally a short walk away, and the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Miriam was incredibly kind and always made sure we had everything we needed. We were especially impressed with the beach supplies in the garage - such a thoughtful touch!

My wife and I stayed in Monique's house for 6 weeks. We enjoyed our time there very much. The house is close to Las Olas and restaurants as well as a grocery, important to us since we did not bring a car. Monique is very responsive when issues arise. If the house is available, we will likely stay again should we return to Ft. Lauderdale.

A wonderful stay @ Aureum Stay’s place.The home was immaculate, the decor was perfect.The presence of an elevator, ease of access was a wonderful plus for my 90 year old mother .All necessary provisions for the home as well as linens of great quality were provided for the bedrooms ,bathrooms& the beach. Even the host provided a pack ‘n play which was of great convenience for our family .We couldn’t have ask for a better location. Across from the beach. Restaurants, shopping all with in walking distance. Aureum Stay was an outstanding host , friendly ,very quick to respond with the few questions we had .There was a Minor issue which was resolved efficiently. We had a wonderful time & will definitely be back !
