Guests are ten minutes from Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants. Easily accessible to I40/Watt Rd. exit. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.

Stayed here during a trip to Windrock bike park. The location was very convenient. The detached garage was great for storing our bikes when we weren't riding. Two showers was great for getting cleaned up after riding before going out for dinner.

We loved the peacefulness of this cabin! It was clean and quiet and just as described in the listing. Perfect location for exploring Frozen Head State Park. We also loved being able to sit and relax on the porch. Alex did a great job of communicating with us and check-in was easy and smooth.

Five of us stayed for 9 nights. We had 3 racers competing at Windrock Bike Park/TN Nationals. The spaced worked great. Everyone had a bed. The carport was nice to work on bikes. There is off street parking available for extra vehicles. It was an easy drive to Windrock, the neighborhood was quiet and we were close to restaurants and groceries. We brought our dog and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The fenced in yard is great for dogs too. Although there is a tenant in the apartment downstairs, we barely knew he was there. We saw him come and go a couple times but otherwise he was quiet and respectful of our space. Cassie was great. She answered all of our questions and promptly took care of the minor issues that we had. We would stay again!

Great place very close to the water, went fishing several times with my grandson. Clean, neat, very well equipped and very quiet location... Especially nice fresh loaf of pumpkin bread and lots of snacks upon arrival. Cindy reached out to me, gave me her phone number in case I needed anything or had questions. I plan on using again when I am in the area !!!

We had a wonderful stay at Josiah's rental house. The place was exactly as described. It has everything you need for your stay. It's very close to Windrock for biking. The grocery store is also only a 5 min. drive.
