Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Oak Hill

This place is literally a 15 minute bird scooter trip away from literally everything in Nashville that you would want to do. We were able to get to the Gulch, downtown, and Geodis Stadium without using our car one single time. The hosts were also very helpful and the instructions on parking and access to the place was top-notch and some of the best I’ve ever had the next time we visit Nashville we will definitely be staying here again.

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

I very much enjoyed my stay. Evane was a fantastic host that checked in and made sure I was right at home. The spot was clean and super fun inside. There was also a coffee shop just a few doors down. The distance was a short Uber to downtown, and a short ride to the airport when it was time to leave. Its host’s like Evane that care about the small details to make your trip that much more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place! He was an awesome host - he welcomed us into his home and gave us plenty of tips and advice for our time in Nashville. The space itself was great. Very spacious and Richard had thought of all the amenities that might be needed. Great location, close to lots of shops and the bus route to downtown. Cheers Richard! 😊

This was the absolute perfect stay. It was so peaceful, quiet, clean, (cute). Julie is also so incredibly sweet. Would stay here again no question. Lovely home!

We loved this airbnb stay and were so glad to find it so close to Belmont and in this great walkable neighborhood. The house couldn't have been more clean, comfortable and charming with so many convenient and thoughtful touches. We loved the whole experience and would very much like to return - thank you !

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

the home us updated but maintains its original charm. quiet neighbour's hood and neighbors are friendly. hone is well appointed and the linens are supper comfy. I would definitely rent again. you can't go wrong here.

Our stay at the Kirkwood Cottage was amazing. The home was quaint, comfy, clean, and just as expected. It was a perfect place to come back to after exploring all that the Nashville area has to offer. We especially loved the screened in porch - We had our coffee there in the mornings and drinks in the evenings. The 12 south neighborhood was also an added bonus. Great restaurants, shops, and drinks within walking distance. We were sad to leave when our time was up.

Dana place worked very well for what we needed. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the bathroom was clean and well stock. I would stay there again the next time I go to Nashville.

Anna’s place was a great base for our travels around Nashville. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us during our stay and the check in and check out process was easy. We had a rental car with us and had no problem parking on the designated parking pad for the place. Would definitely stay again if we return to Nashville!

Rina was a great host and the place was the perfect size for me. I was able to walk around the corner every morning to the local coffee shop, grocery store was close too. Not too far off the strip either, if that’s what you’re into. Great location!

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

James had a great place to stay for a couple of nights when visiting. Very private, quiet, and clean. Very short drive to everything you’d need when in Nashville.

Had a great stay in Nashville at Amy’s place!! It had everything you need! The Airbnb was very cute and had enough space for our group to sleep and hang out! Close to Broadway and a Starbucks for your morning coffee. We enjoyed the Speakeasy that was in the building one night, very cool vibe! We didn’t have time to utilize the pool but looked nice! Amy wad always very responsive for all of our needs during our stay!

This place was super convenient to things in town and also the pool was a nice relaxing place to pass the time. Kitchen is small but fully equipped with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Even though it was “behind” the hosts home, it felt very private. It was extremely clean and cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was clean and spacious! Rebecca’s place was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to many great food options and stores if you need anything.

This place was so great! Easy to get to downtown and great location to Uber downtown if needed as well. Definitely would love to come back if I’m back in Nashville

This place was an amazing comfortable and I really felt at home. My family and I had a wonderful time and the location of this is perfect. Everything was literally in a 10-15 minutes driving span. The host, Mr. dalton was an excellent communicator always answered in no time. I would most definitely book again when I come back to Nashville.
