Downtown is a fifteen minute drive and UVIC offers bus service everywhere. Cadboro Bay is a wonderful neighborhood, one of Victoria’s finest. It is terrific.

Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Beginning May 1st we will only be accepting bookings of a minimum of 31 days. Cozy basement suite in a lovely, safe, established neighbourhood of family homes close to Camosun College and the University of Victoria with easy access to grocery shopping and major bus routes. Downtown Victoria is only 15 minutes away by bus. There is a small patio table and seating for 2 outside the suite. If you have a vehicle, our driveway is yours for the duration of your stay.
