Welcome to stay in our gem, the Skärgårdsvillan in Bröllopsviken, which is a modern house (built in 2021) on two floors by the shore of the Baltic Sea. Large terrace down to the water, 3 large French doors that blur the lines between inside and outside. A stay in peace and quiet. We are very keen to ensure that there is a calm and pleasant atmosphere in our places. Grandma's house - the tranquility of the countryside

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In "Mormors hus" you live in a newly renovated house for four in the quiet countryside with proximity to Stockholm and Nynäshamn's archipelago. The house is located on a farm from 1805 and has its own garden and patio. Wake up to birds chirping and morning coffee on the balcony before taking a bike ride down to the swimming area. Don't forget to stop in the blueberry forest. Nice forest walks, good roads for country road cycling, flea markets, cultural heritage and ancient monuments are nearby.

Beach house on the shores of Lake Mälaren

Modern new guest house located in a bright south-facing location right on the beach. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen, good Wi-Fi, a bathroom with washer/dryer, bedroom and loft. Directly adjacent there are two terraces and in front of the house a lawn from where you can dip your feet in Lake Mälaren. Parking is available and it is 250 meters to the bus stop. The accommodation is the last house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect starting point for excursions such as Birka, Drottningsholm (10 km), Stockholm City (21 km)

Enjoy this unique house with an adorable view of the ocean and the sky. Enjoy the sunset on the mountain behind the house (about 100 meters) where there are also simple chairs and tables (shared with the neighbors). There are many walking paths in the area and also a nature reserve, bathing cliffs, sandy beach and a small beautiful lake that is about a 40-minute walk from the house. The house for those seeking maximum relaxation and luxury. A smaller house below this is sometimes rented out separately to other tenants.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Spectacular holiday home by the Baltic Sea

A holiday home for the larger families, the house can take up to 12 guests. This amazing place is right next to the Baltic sea with a wonderful ocean view. The house is about 200 sqm. Here you can hangout with total privacy. By the sea there is a jetty (not sailboat depth) about 1.5 m deep. During the summer months June-July, the weekly rent is given priority. Please e-mail and ask if you want to rent only for a weekend. Midsummer weekend is only rented out from Thursday - Sunday.
