Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
