The location is great to explore Stockholm. Quiet, charming area, only 15-20 min walk to Stureplan in the city center and great communications nearby. Also very close to Djurgården and parks Humlegården and Hagaparken. The studio apartment has its own entrance and consists of a spacious hallway, bedroom and bathroom. You will love the place for its luxurious hotel-feeling and location. It is a great place for couples and business. Coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge.

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. Vårt ställe ligger i natursköna Mem ca 1,2 mil från Söderköping.Här får du njuta av både natur och vatten. Här finns Kanalmagasinet, där kan man sommartid äta en god middag, eller bara njuta av en kopp kaffe och glass. Avstånd till badstrand ca 8 km. Europas största djurpark Kolmården finns inom ca 2,2 mils avstånd. Vårt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).

A renovated cottage in New England style with sea wiew! The cottage is secluded with a sunny patio and terrace facing the sea with the evening sun. Fireplace with free firewood, a fully equipped kitchen and two bikes to borrow. Since 2020 we hade a new bridge with sunchairs and a firepalce by the water.
