Horse farm with commuter location in Bergshammar, Nyköping

Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Holmstugevägen's nursing home

Enjoy this newly-built elegant accommodation with water-based underfloor heating. 30 sqm + loft. Combined oven/microwave. Smart TV With private patio facing south and barbecue grill (charcoal and lighter fluid not included). Located on our property. Close (walking distance) to nature, walking paths and nice beaches (see photos). NOTE: Bed linen is NOT included but can be provided at a cost of SEK 150/stay (sheets for 160 bed/2 pillowcases/2 duvet covers). Towels are provided. Charging box for charging electric car is available for a fee.

New guest house

Newly-built small guest house (2025) for those who appreciate natural surroundings but still want to be close to central Nyköping, the harbor and Rosvalla. From the accommodation, you can see the water, in the meadows, cows graze in the summers and close by is Tjuvholmsberget where you can sit on sunny rocks in summer, contemplate boats and enjoy beautiful views of the inlet to Nyköping. Within walking distance there is also a summer cafe with the possibility of swimming. A longer walk away is the beautiful nature reserve Labro Ängar.

Rural farmhouse

Koppla av med familjen eller vännerna i detta fridfulla boende. Här på Ekeby gård bor du nära djur & natur. 5 minuter till närmsta matbutik & bensinmack. 1 timme från stockholm & 15 minuter till Nyköping. Köket är utrustat med två spisplattor, Air fryer, ugn finns ej. Utomhus finns grill med kol o tändvätska. Täcken och kuddar finns men sängkläder och handdukar tar ni med själva. Städning ingår ej. Städutrustning finns så ni städar själva efter er.

Gallgrinda, Seahouse

Här kan du bo helt utan störande ljud av trafik osv. Njut istället av ljudet av naturen. Räkna med att det landar fåglar precis framför er i vattnet och naturen ger sitt otvetydliga avtryck. En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. Här får du ett helt nybyggt hus med alla bekvämligheter.

Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you can enjoy both nature and water. Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

A cottage in the middle of the forest near Högsjö

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

Oasis near City center

We are in a unique location with both nature and City life. It is 7 min walk to City center, 13 min walk to the harbour with restaurants, pubs, icecream and small shops( mostly in summertime). In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI. Welcome to our oasis!

Welcome to Mellangården. Just outside Nyköping (7 km) is the community of Bergshammar and in the beautiful church village is Mellangården with the church as the nearest neighbor. There are also two horse farms. Sörmlandsleden just around the corner. About 5 km from Skavsta Airport and about 1 km from Åby Golf Club.
