Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a quiet courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities. Please feel free to take coffee and use the coffee machine. Update: Facade is fully renovated! No longer construction. Feel like you’re home 🏠

Central modern apartment

Constructed in 1815, furnished in 2022. This apartment is simplistic, luminous and modern. Being located in the heart of Copenhagen, just 50 meters from the Nyhavn canal (see photos), you will be surrounded by restaurants, bars and... water. However, the fact that it is on a side street, and on the 3rd floor, keeps the noise outside. Metro is 500 meters away. Pets and smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

We loved Nicolai’s very stylish and comfortable apartment. The location could not have been better- it’s in the heart of the city with everything on the doorstep. Nicolai was a great host - very responsive and friendly, he allowed us a later checkout and to keep our bags until we collected them later prior to our evening flight. We would love to return!

Absolutely fantastic place in a great location for exploring Copenhagen. The deck is a great place to have a coffee or wine and spend some time in the sun!

What a fabulous apartment. It was perfect for a couple. The bed was very comfortable as was the furniture. The apartment had everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I had two minor comments which I shared with him and he thanked me for the helpful feedback.

Our stay in Copenhagen was perfect and a lot of that was due to Soren’s apartment. It is in the heart of Nyhavn, close to every perfect picture you will ever take! Many restaurants and cafes. Soren’s place was spotless, the bathroom was very spacious and the water pressure in the shower was glorious. It took us a bit of time to find them, but there are shades incorporated into the windows above the bed, important when the sun comes up at 5:00! We are walkers, so we walked everywhere, Little Mermaid statue (1mile), our City Bike Tour location and all the way to Carlsberg brewery (2.5 miles). It is a beautiful, clean, polite and flat city that we fell in love with. Soren’s flat made it so much more enjoyable all around. In our short stay we became regulars at Nyhavnskroen right around the corner, ask for John! As mentioned in the description. It is a European top floor apartment with narrow steep stairs. There should be no surprises to this when you arrive. They are good for your heart

Jesper is a warm and welcoming host. The apartment is beautiful, although 4th floor walkup may not be for the faint of heart or those with lots of luggage! (We certainly got in our steps for the two days we were there.) Great location—easy to walk everywhere. Jesper was quickly available to answer any and all questions. Would definitely stay again!

This property is stunning—beautifully appointed with high-quality furnishings and a rich sense of history throughout. Every room is incredibly spacious, and the entire place feels grand and open. The photos truly speak for themselves! Just a quick note for future guests: while linens and towels are provided, you’ll want to bring your own coffee and paper towels, as those aren’t included. All in all, a beautiful stay.
