Stay in our charming half-timbered cottage up on Hallandsåsen in picturesque Hov, easily accessible right between idyllic Båstad and Torekov. Here at Ekbacken, in the heart of the Bjäre Peninsula, you can enjoy the sweeping views of the fields that stretch as far as the eye can see. Horses, cows and deer are our closest neighbors. The views are magical. The cottage is divided into a sleeping loft with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. There is also a small but well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is fantastic and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and moose grazing in the field. At the back, there is a large balcony where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license required) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within 15 minutes' drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

About 8 km from Falkenberg's center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is beautifully situated in a quiet rural environment.
