The house is 70 sqm upstairs and 70 sqm in the basement. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets and 1 shower. On the TV upstairs you can play Nintendo Switch and on the TV downstairs you can watch whatever you want. 2 large sofas you can also sleep in. 2 refrigerators, 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the basement, they have freezers too. There are 2 extra beds in the basement. There are unlimited bed linens, blankets, pillows. If you were thinking of staying more, we can just talk about it and come to a solution. Welcome to our lovely accommodation on Skrea beach in Falkenberg of just over 80 m². The house is 60 m² with an open floor plan for kitchen, living room as well as 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is accessed where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 m² with a hotel feel. At the back, there is a large balcony where you can see the sun rise. Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms.
