The listing and pictures really understate how lovely this place is! Very clean, cozy, yet modern and new feeling. Location was a great jumping off point to Diamond Beach, Glacier Lagoon and hikes. Quiet and beautiful surroundings.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Höfn, Iceland. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We would definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area.

We loved our one night stay in the cabin! Absolutely breathtaking views. The cabin has everything you could think of, even a heater and blankets so you can sit outside and admire the incredible surrounding. Would absolutely recommend this stay and stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Great quiet place to stay. Very clean and up to date. The only issue we had was we came in late and it was dark and it was difficult to see the unit number on the house. We would suggest better lighting to help with the navigation. Other than that we enjoyed our night and would recommend.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Ellen's place. The lodge is beautifully and tastefully done. It has all the things needed for a comfortable stay.. The painting room is a nice touch, kids loved it- Thank you! It's a pity that we missed meeting Ellen in person and having more lively interaction with her and maybe getting closer to the pet horses ( kids were looking forward to it...) , but guess in her absence these aren't managed by anyone else.. Well located house near the sea; if the weather permits it's the perfect place to admire the Northern Lights and the stars. The apartament, however, it's quite small for more than 3 people (considering the baggages); anyway it has all the comforts you might need for a night, or more, stay.
