Matteo’s place was excellent! A walkable apartment with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay here. Matteo was so helpful and sent detailed instructions for finding the apartment, parking and getting in. He stopped by to check on us, too, and sent many helpful recommendations for restaurants and nearby activities. The place was spotless and in a great location, exactly as described. There were plenty of clean towels and other necessary amenities (soap/shampoo bars, kitchen supplies, umbrella for the beach, etc.) We wish we had more time here and will certainly book with Matteo when we can come back!

We had a great stay at Tina’s lovely place - everything was as seen in the photos. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and the apartment had all you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Also, Tina was very helpful with a restaurant review where we had a brilliant meal. We loved Sardinia. Thank you so much Tina - we’d love to come again some day!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafes, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away which is very nice and convenient. Villa Smeralda is a very nice place to stay close to the beaches (the closest are about twenty minutes away) and Olbia (15 minutes). The apartment was very nice with terrace, barbecue, air conditioning... everything you need. The pool is a plus to cool down during the hot hours or in the evening. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Antonio is nice and very accommodating.

We were received very nicely by Chiara and were even able to check in a little earlier. The accommodation has everything you need. Clean, well-maintained and well appointed. Super centrally located, everything is very quickly accessible on foot. Parking spaces are also available, a few free if you are lucky, otherwise €1 per hour, both of which are within a minute's walk. Questions were answered quickly via Whats App or Airbnb App and we were also provided with local and regional recommendations on arrival via Whats App. Finally, you can say you can't go wrong with booking the accommodation and if you want to stay centrally in Olbia, we would recommend this apartment. The house is located just 3 blocks from the main avenue. The bus that brought us from the port left us half a block away and we took the bus to the airport in the same place (half a block from the accommodation), the location is wonderful. I rented a car and was able to park every day without a problem. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is really equipped with everything you need for your stay. From a washing machine to a beach umbrella. It was very comfortable and easy to stay, Gabriela is very friendly, she was in contact with us the whole time in case we needed anything. I will definitely rent here again if I go back to Sardinia!

This place was the perfect spot. I spent a week here with my friend. we didn't need to go anywhere else. Ticked all the boxes the photos don't do it justice. We lived around the pool and th bbq area. total peace and privacy. You have the whole place to yourself with secured parking. venture into the orchid and pick some apricots or peaches when in season. The natural wild life are at peace here and you will see them from time to time. such a beautiful place will be back for sure. Tatiana was great and showed me what I needed to know. from bbq to the aircon. this place is a real Jem, I would recommend pull into Lidl once you leave the airport and load up with all your supplies and just relax and enjoy the Roberto place. Has everything you need to escape the busy costal areas.

a really nice house: spotless, quiet, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, wifi. No buildings around only trees and nice plants. A place where you feel great and willing to come back again.

Tastefully and stylishly renovated old house in the village center. Very well equipped with very good quality appliances; everything very new. Mosquito screen on the windows. Small but very well-equipped shop (General Store) right by the house. Near-natural environment with hills and fields; in the distance the Giara di Gesturi is visible (visit highly recommended). Unfortunately, the pool prominently displayed on Airbnb (main image) was not set up (over 30 degrees🥵); this should be communicated when booking.

Valerio's house is large and very pleasant. Ideally located 15 minutes from the airport and ten minutes from San Teodoro, its useful shops and its beautiful beaches around. Access is at any time, which is very convenient when you arrive at night. Valerio is very responsive 👍 We were even able to take advantage of the pool at the end of April ☺️ I recommend it!

Beautiful village house equipped with more than expected. Peaceful mountain atmosphere. Supermarkets and pizzerias in the same village. Hosts close and who made you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

We’ve stayed at 70+ Airbnb’s now, but this one stands out - clearly one of the best! Leonardo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the place was brand new with good facilities and appliances, and the views: just fantastic! A couple of evenings with the jacuzzi, a glass of wine and overlooking the stunning surroundings. Also the breakfasts outdoors with the same views. Magical! We were 4 people and came for hiking and did ‘path of the eagles’ and (part of) the Sardinia trail starting at the Foxi Manna beach (look them up at Alltrails - they are really nice). Also very much enjoyed the Foxi Manna beach - pristine and not at all busy in early June. The Jerzu restaurants are within walking distance (it’s a fairly steep walk down) and perhaps not a lot to chose from but the hospitality (and food) was great. We already miss the place and hope to come back one day. Thanks Leonardo - you rock! ❤️

A lovely small apartment in a quiet residential street, yet just a short walk from piazzas and Olbia's main street. Very comfortable too. A great place to stay

Centrally located, large, clean apartment. Lovely host. Parking approx 550 metres away but luggage could be dropped at apartment and free parking card issued. No hesitation in recommending

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

We had a great two days at Filippo's apartment. Self check-in via key box was simple and well explained, allowing us to arrive at our own pace without stress. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, carefully decorated and perfectly in line with the photos. The location is ideal for discovering the area on foot, and communication with Filippo was quick and efficient, both before our arrival and during the stay. Thank you for this flawless stay! We had a wonderful stay at the accommodation in Olbia! Everything was exactly as described – very clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful terrace overlooking the city – perfect to end the evening. Communication with the host was straightforward and warm.
