The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Perfect location, in a quiet street just 5 minutes walk from Portu Frailis beach. The house is nice, renovated, clean and equipped with everything you need. Also, being a basement apartment the house was always cool during the day, without needing to turn on the air conditioning. Riccardo was a very helpful host, providing info and tips from before we arrived. Recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Giorgio’s place! The view from the balcony is amazing. Also he gave us some nice recommendation what to do. We would definitely come back some time.

We felt right at home at Danilo’s. He’s a great host that is always very responsive and there to help with local tips and advice. Furthermore, he accommodated us on a few special requests we had during our stay. Also, he brought us a brand new coffee machine during our stay :) His place is very clean and has nice rooms including a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and parking is extremely easy right in front of the house. We can only recommend Danilo!!

We have very nice vacation days in Tamaras apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and conveys a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The location in the village is perfect and communication with the host is excellent. Thank you again for the very successful vacation days.

We stayed at Andrea's place in the preseason. The accommodation is well maintained and clean. From the bed we could see the sea. Andrea has always provided us with lake tips. The contact with him was very straightforward and binding. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Cala Gonone. Ioana was extremely helpful and hospitable and maintained excellent communication with us throughout. She gave us many helpful suggestions for things to do in the area and was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We especially loved the outside terrace and spent a lot of time eating meals on the terrace and enjoying the views. The location was within short walking distance to the city centre and multiple supermarkets which was very convenient. The neighbourhood within which this apartment is located is very peaceful and quiet. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend staying here!

The Hosts , Giovanni, first with his directions and Antonella during check-in and stay, are very helpful and kind. They provide much more than what's required (treats, myrtle, stroller, helpful directions) and you can see that they care about guests. The house is a good fit for the photos. Highlights: large, with large garden with barbecue where you can have lunch and dinner, convenient location for both beach and city/amenities, quiet and quiet. It's also cool even though there are no air conditioners. Areas for improvement: It is not super equipped or modern, but is still in line with expectations and super adequate for the price requested. Just to set expectations only. Ultimately, I recommend this solution especially for those like us who travel with children. The nearby beach is beautiful, but we often went to others because the sea came down a little too deeply for our little ones (but maybe it's the tides of the period). It has to be said that there is a really great "Stella Marina" restaurant nearby.

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

We had a wonderful week at the accommodation! Claudia welcomed us very warmly and was always available when we had questions. Also tips for beaches, supermarkets and restaurants were great. The place was exactly as pictured. Above all, the beautiful terrace was our highlight. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking. Even the basic supplies for cooking such as olive oil, spices and coffee were available. The beds were very comfortable. The Internet and TV worked perfectly. A beach umbrella was also available. I stayed at the apparentment for two weeks and loved it. Its location is great, it has all the amenities you need, is modern, clean and comes with a nice veranda. The hosts were always available, helpful, flexible and very friendly. I can fully recommend it, and if I end up coming back to Sardinia, I'd absolutely consider staying here again.

The Orange House is very welcoming, quiet, super clean. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable sofa and beds, mosquito nets and air conditioners, everything you need to be comfortable. The place was clean, the sponges were soft and fragrant, the linens were impeccable. New pots and pans. The area is very warm and there is a nice outdoor space on the veranda where you can have lunch and dinner. The area is very comfortable for every trip, at night there is a wonderful calm. I recommend the Orange House and we will definitely be back!

A nice stay. We stayed there for 1 night because we had an early flight from Olbia. Only a 15-minute drive away. Ideal. Communication was fine.

Olbia is a very nice and quiet town, from which it is easy to reach attractions and entertainment offers are not lacking. The listing description is accurate, everything is very tidy and clean. Chrystelle is very kind, quick and proactive in resolving small initial problems. We had a great time and will definitely be back to visit.

We stayed from April 8 to 15. Andrea and her family are very welcoming, warm, smiling, generous, responsive, available, in short, hosts like everyone dreams of meeting. We had the pleasure of returning to impeccable accommodation, nice decoration, sheets and a multitude of towels that smelled really good😊, hygiene products offered by the hosts. The exterior is very warm, in a cocooning atmosphere and a beautiful jacuzzi. For people who have a car, parking is available on the street (which is very quiet) The accommodation is close to many tourist places + shops If you're looking for a place to stay in Olbia, go to Andrea and her family's, you won't be disappointed! Absolutely loved our stay here! The place is just as beautiful as the photos—spotlessly clean, bright, and tastefully decorated. It matched the description perfectly and felt like a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring the coast. The location was great for getting around Cala Gonone, and the views were a bonus. Matteo was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering helpful tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. Would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The host lives near by with her family. They were responsive and very nice. The place was clean with an artistic flair. Bari Sardo is not a fancy place. We were not sure it was the right location for us. But after a couple of days we realized it had its charm. It is very authentic and the people are genuine. We celebrated Easter there and felt fortunate to share the event with the locals. Something we won’t forget. Great stay.

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean equipped with great amenities. It is clear that it has recently been renovated and with appreciable choices. It is particularly quiet, in the center of the village and close to the streets that lead to fantastic natural places. The host is very helpful.

We spent four nights in the beautiful place in Baunei, it was perfect throughout. Everything was very high quality and lovingly decorated and designed, we didn't miss anything. We would love to stay longer and would come back anytime. The view from the balcony into the valley was unique.

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!

We were very pleased. The place was clean and modern and the amenities were great. The entire site is very calm and quiet. The outdoor area with the hot tub was huge. Super friendly staff who respond to all requests. We felt very comfortable.
