This beautiful apartment had a breathtaking view of the sea, absolutely incredible from the balcony, seeing all of Argentario with Porto Ercole and all of Feniglia ,In addition, we enjoyed being able to go down directly and dive into the sea whenever we wanted. Access is a bit unusual, but after a day we got used to it. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything you need to cook, and simply enjoy the view from one of the two beautiful terraces. We also appreciated how quiet and safe it was, as well as having a private parking space, a relief after facing the challenge of parking in Liguria We highly recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Giuseppina’s flat! It was very well equipped, with AC (much needed to escape the Tuscan heat!) and mosquito nets on every window. Giacomo was very accommodating in terms of our arrival and departure time and always easy to reach. He also made sure to give us a few recommendations of things to do around the region, which was very nice. We would absolutely stay here again - such a lovely place and host!

An outdoor dining area is featured, highlighting a wooden table set for four. The space is shaded by a large umbrella, with a decorative vase of flowers in the center. Surrounding bamboo fencing provides privacy and a sense of tranquility.

Great apartment, modern and clean where my wife and I had a pleasant vacation with a couple of friends. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and spacious, each with its own bathroom. The very functional kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even the living room is comfortable and cozy and is enhanced by a large outdoor space equipped with an umbrella table and chairs so you can eat outdoors. In each room there are air conditioners and mosquito nets that ensure a relaxing stay in the house even on the hottest and most humid days. Alice, very kind and helpful, welcomed us with a very welcome basket of family farm products upon arrival. We'll definitely be back.

Laura proved to be a very attentive and kind host. Available for any clarification request and any need for intervention. We had a small problem with the keys to the external gate, which was promptly resolved. He provided all the necessary information for entering the house and activities in the surrounding area. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay... just what we were looking for!

Five-star vacations! Fabio's home offers comfort, tranquility and elegance . In addition, the patio and garden gave us the opportunity to appreciate the view of the Feniglia coast and the starry sky of these August nights. Great location to easily reach the beautiful beaches of Capalbio and Orbetello. Our furry guy was great too.
