Martin (MJ) is a great host and clear communicator. Unit is as described in the listing and it's well maintained & quiet. Several games and books kept in the unit to keep kids and adults engaged during a rainy night. Location is positioned well and near shops too. Happy to stay here in the future as well.

I wish I could give Leanne and Andrew 10 stars because giving a 5 star review doesn't seem enough. The home is immaculate. They have thought of every possible thing you could need to enjoy your stay. I spoke with Leanne a couple of nights before our booking and she is so friendly. We arrived exhausted after driving for 12 hours and were able to completely relax in what felt like luxury accommodation. We all slept solidly and woke up the next morning feeling refreshed for the drive home. The only disappointing thing is that we only stayed for 1 night. The next time we need to stay in Wagga Wagga, Leanne and Andrew's will be place we'll stay.

Loved the property, location and amenities. Very peaceful and well equipped property. Lot to do for kids including the toys available in the toy room. Will rebook and highly recommend Thanks Matthew for being a great host and letting us stay

5 ⭐ will stay again. We are a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids we had everything we needed it was a home away from home. We had a small problem with the dishwasher contacted Ricky which he replied immediately and it was fixed the next day. Location is great the tram is out the front, we had 2 cars and were happy with the secure parking for both. Highly recommend staying in this clean comfortable modern apartment 🙂

Great place, very comfortable

We met the host once on our stay & she was very friendly, gave us tips on local shopping and food. Additionally, we received a message early in the morning advising check in was available early which was a lovely surprise. The house was clean but a little rundown. Well-stocked with books, some games, soaps etc. Did not use kitchen apart from dishes (so can’t comment much), there was a large selection and amount which is much appreciated. Master bedroom has its own sitting room, large WIR & large ensuite with bath. The neighbourhood was gorgeous, I loved Canberra! Only a few little things to nitpick apart from the house & furnishings not being in tip top shape are things such as the beds having a doona only & no top sheet in summer, no typical welcome/FAQ booklet with instructions on appliances or clean up etc. Would realistically rate it 3-4/5 but I know that unfairly reflects on the host due to Airbnb’s algorithm. Overall, great pricing and pretty good stay - thank you!
