The house is located in the beautiful region of Lesser Poland Orava, overlooking the Tatra Mountains and Babia Góra. The location makes it an excellent starting point for trips to places such as Zakopane, Białka and Bukowina Tatrzańska, Chochołów, Rabka Zdrój, Zawoja, Kraków and towns in Slovakia. It is an attractive tourist region all year round. It is a great place for winter and summer sports, as well as the opportunity to use many nearby thermal pools. Rafting on the Dunajec River is also an attraction.

In summer, active people will appreciate almost 40 km, the most beautiful bicycle route in Poland running around the lake, beaches or the possibility of renting water equipment. In winter, on the other hand, there are many ski resorts and as many as 4 different mountain ranges. The facility, which was commissioned in 2021, has a well-equipped gym, sauna, bicycle room, ski room and laundry room.
