Vacation rentals with beach access in Novi Sad

Great host, very clean, great value for money :) Got exactly what I was looking for from an apartment for a short stay!

The host was extremely friendly and warm, welcomed me with drinks and snacks. The apartment was clean, and very quiet (much needed quet time after being at the festival) and cozy. Would recommend!

Tatijana et Drako sont très accueillants et sympathiques, l'appart qu'ils proposent aussi. Nous y sommes allés à 5 pour le travail, c'était parfait. On y retournera sans hésiter !

We really liked this place which was cozy, spacious outdoors and a delightful location by the Danube. The hosts have thought through a lot of things and there are many small details that make it a genuine and comfortable home. We will be back :)

Goran war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist zwar klein, aber für 2-3 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Räumlichkeiten waren angenehm warm, das Bad neu renoviert und das Haus gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The beach here is really nice because it offers a variety of different activities. There are spaces that are sandy and walkable for swimming, areas where the kids enjoyed finding shells trying and trying to catch wildlife and it is also a nice place to take out the kayak that is available for rent. The house has lots of space. I really enjoyed the upstairs porch it maintained a nice breeze even on the hottest days. There were a pair of nesting storks we could watch from upstairs (the baby learned to fly during the visit). In the mornings and evenings there are scores of swallows. The kitchen was well stocked. Dragan was able to arrange for us to get laundry pick up and done regularly. There is a waterfront restaurant walking distance from the house. The Eurovelo 6 bike trail crosses nearby. There was a farmers market every Sunday, multiple bakeries, grocery stores and a nice coffee shop/ice cream place within biking distance. We were happy to meet some of Dragan’s family.

Clean, beautiful, and spacious. Great for a peaceful getaway. Yard was immaculate and the pool was amazing. We fell in love the owner’s sweet dog.

Das Haus von Comili liegt 1 min zu Fuß von der Donau entfernt! Es gibt einen Sandstrand und man kann dort sehr gut ins Wasser gehen und schwimmen. Meine Hunde und ich haben es geliebt! Das Haus hat 2 Etagen: In der oberen Etage ist der Bereich Wohnen und Schlafen und die Toilette mit Waschbecken und Dusche, mit Warmwasser;-): In der unteren Etage ist die Küche mit einem Herd und Kühlschrank und der Esstisch. Der Garten und die Sitzmöglichkeit draußen ist super! Das Auto muss man vor dem Haus, außerhalb des Grundstücks parken, aber das ist kein Problem. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett. Die Hunde, die dort leben sind auch alle sehr freundlich zu Menschen (groß und klein) und auch zu anderen Hunden! Um den richtigen Weg zum Haus zu finden benötigt man auf jeden Fall einen Tipp von Comili! ;-) Die Kommunikation mit Comili hat super geklappt: sie war schnell und klar! Insgesamt empfehle ich diesen schönen Ort am Strand der Donau, vor allem, wenn man Wasser, Flüsse und Schwimmen liebt.

Great stay at Dragana’s. Very clean and great location. Communication was great. Will definitely look to stay there again on our visits Sremska Mitrovica.

We stayed at Jovan's apartment for 3 nights. Location is very comfortable, just 5 min from the train/bus station. Jovan's mother met us to help us check-in, it was quick, easy and on time. The apartment is very nice, clean and neat, feels like at home. There are several supermarkets just nearby. The only thing that needs improvement is check-out process with clear instructions. Overall, I definitely recommend this apartment.

Marina welcomed us to her home in a very professional, yet warm and genuine manner. The townhouse is a perfect combination of a modern interior design and homy feel with a balcony that offers breathtaking view of Danube river and Novi Sad. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this host.

New apartment in a new building 15 mins by foot from the center (the pedestrian bridge). Aleksandar is a very amiable host who explained us everything in detail. We were 4 people (2 adults + 2 kids) and had enough space for a short stay of a couple of days. The flat has 2 rooms - one big room with an unfolding sofa which is enough for 2 kids, but not 2 adults, and a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. The bathroom has a shower.

Natalija was very helpful and nice, the apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped!
