So many things available, in a nice setting like this. It feels good! It feels like home. Honestly, it's a little slice of heaven. Go there without a second thought!

We had a lovely stay. The house is perfect for 12 people. The bedrooms have good sound insulation. The exterior and terrace are very pleasant, the enclosed garden, the jacuzzi was very much appreciated. Thank you for everything.

Loved being just a short walk/uber from the city center and also right on the trails and quick access to the lake front. The pool and terrace were fabulous. The beds comfy. Beverages provided were a nice touch. Patricia was warm and welcoming - made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important appliances are available. The barbecue is especially cool, which can even be used on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's. Our dog Paco and we were delighted to stay at the chalet. Spaces are large and clean. The garden is enclosed and private, which makes it a major asset. We had our independence, all 15 minutes from Annecy city center. Thank you so much!

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!

We had a pleasant stay in May 2025 in this beautiful cottage, which has all the services and comfort needed to accommodate a group of 10 people in the best possible conditions. The cottage is spacious, well appointed, with a large garden, and located in a quiet environment. Amélie our host was perfect: detailed information for check-in and checkout, responsive to our messages and requests (clogged sink problem, resolved during the day). For a future stay in this beautiful region, we would love to be able to return to this cottage.

Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend it! And we hope to come back!

We had a wonderful stay, we fully enjoyed the SPA and all the amenities available to us, especially the private terrace. The location is superb, breathtaking views of the mountains. We had a great holiday in Sandrine's house. The house is a stone's throw from the lake, right in front of two restaurants, and has a large walled garden, perfect for children and dogs. Sandrine and Julien were very responsive and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back!

The area and the apartment is a real slice of heaven I would recommend this apartment without a second thought, which will bring you comfort, privacy and functionality (it's rare to find a kitchen so well-equipped)

Great welcoming host - helpful and friendly. Fab studio which is all fairly new and modern with everything you need. The garden is fantastic with great views across the lake - great location too. We travelled with dog and they put up with him hassling their cat! Glad we found this gem.
