It is in a preserved setting that you can enjoy Lake Aiguebelette (swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding...) as well as La Chaine de L'Épine (cycling, hiking...) Come and stay in this beautiful renovated barn, which is over 300 years old. There is a very special microclimate of relaxation, tranquility, and vacation, with a heavenly view! In short, a side of Provence in Chartreuse! I live in this house and release it when I'm booked in order to leave it for you privatized. So you have access to the whole house except my room and garage. However, I am leaving my cats, Roxy and Gribouille.

Beautiful single-story air-conditioned house near the lake

House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
