Great accommodation, clean and organized space. Near Coberta Street and the main street of Gramado (Av. Borges de Medeiros) , a privileged and quiet location. The apartment accommodated with peace of mind 6 people and my children. We received gifts at the entrance and the highlight is also the lady ROSA, a cheerful, very polite and kind lady who received us at the entrance for the delivery of the keys. I recommend the apartment and would definitely come back.

Lucas and Ana were excellent hosts! We went to Gramado as a family and felt at home! The house is quite complete, with a super cosy kitchen and living room. Bed linen and towels were super clean and smelling. The rooms were prepared for the number of people specified in the reservation. The condominium is extremely calm and safe, close to everything! Region perfect for getting to know the best sights in downtown Gramado. Thanks for the hospitality and will definitely be back!

We escaped from the confusing carnival to spend the holiday in this beautiful hut. Silencio e tranquidade, but close to several points of interest in Canela ( it is on the road that goes to Cascata do Caracol) and close to Gramado. Kitchen complete with everything needed , impeccable cleaning and a decoration that makes the differential - I loved the red phone!!!! The house has no air-conditioning , but even though it was a super-hot holiday, the fans that the house has more than enough shape - the place is surrounded by trees and very fresh. simple but very cozy place. Everything was clean and well set up, lots of bedding, blankets. The air-conditioning is excellent, on cold nights it makes all the difference. My GPS bugged on arrival, so always copy the address and paste it on the map, don't open directly from the app. Very close to everything. I definitely recommend it.

The apartment matches the photos, very beautifully decorated, great location and has everything you need to stay. The only detail that the balcony was dirty, and had plenty of hair still in the bathrooms.

The house is perfect! My family and I spent wonderful days in the house. The place is beautiful, everything extremely clean and tidy. Nothing was missing. Tomas was always attentive and responded to my messages quickly. We did not have any problems with the stay. The only bad part was the time to leave, our dogs enjoyed the space a lot! We intend to return as soon as possible!!

The apartment is comfortable and has fast internet. It could have a few more utensils (wine glasses, dish towel, detergent and sponge), but it would just be a suggestion for something extra. The location is excellent, next to Rua Torta and close to markets, snack bars, restaurants, Rua Coberta, etc. From the balcony of 414 you can see the Hard Rock Café building. Very quiet and quiet place. We congratulate the owners and their employees for their care and attention.

We had a great stay, we greatly took advantage of the exterior space of the house as it is large, comfortable and quiet. The inner part of the house is comfortable and large, we don't miss anything and we feel at home.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area and in a condominium that provides a lot of security. The area has several restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the center where more services are located. The apartment is very comfortable and functional, we were 5 people and we were very comfortable.

great stay, comfortable, very clean, full and functional kitchen, good shower, comfortable double room, comfortably double room,the ap comfortably serves four people,since there was an extra single mattress because in the sofa bed better one person only, one realizes the zeal and care with which the environment is cared for,area of the legal pool, it is close to the center, easy access to the main avenues and lawn attractions, it is 5 min walking from the risul market,among other establishments at last the location and great.
