The silence is only occasionally interrupted by the relaxing sound of the fountain and birds. Ana and Werner are very kind and always available to guide and assist if necessary, we felt at home. Great accommodation, clean and organized space. Near Coberta Street and the main street of Gramado (Av. Borges de Medeiros) , a privileged and quiet location. The apartment accommodated with peace of mind 6 people and my children. We received gifts at the entrance and the highlight is also the lady ROSA, a cheerful, very polite and kind lady who received us at the entrance for the delivery of the keys. I recommend the apartment and would definitely come back.

The home has positively exceeded expectations. Super organized space, clean, well assembled and structured. Excellent location for those looking to enjoy Both Gramado and Canela, especially if you are driving. The pool is very morninha, but the hydro was a differential to relax after the tour days. I recommend the accommodation.

We loved the stay, but I can't say the same about the co-host Tiago. We had a setback on our trip (which put my life and my wife's life at risk) and Tiago was totally uncompromising, he didn't make it any easier, he's someone who is only after the money, we understand everything about the cancellation rules but there is something called humanity, which he doesn't have. Otherwise the flat is perfect, now if it depends on him understanding something that might happen to you and you need to cancel, forget it, inhumane person.

Casa cozy and equipped, because it was located in a condominium we had a very good experience of rest.

Amazing place the Beija-Flor apartment! Very cozy, complete in structure, the hot tub is perfect and the whole apartment was impeccable! Communication with the host was great, always very requested. The location is ideal, close to downtown Gramado and Canela but away from the hustle. And every detail of the property, was very well thought out!

Clean, organized, cozy. Excellent cost ratio x benefit. Nara always kind and quickly responded to messages. I highly recommend it!
