Fabrício's place is simply excellent! Super spacious, clean and airy, perfect for comfortably accommodating several people. The location is another big plus: the neighborhood is very safe and is close to everything, which makes everyday life much easier. In addition, the house is extremely well equipped, ideal for both medium and long stays, with everything needed for a comfortable experience. Fabrício also deserves to be highlighted – always very attentive and helpful, ensuring that everything is perfect during the stay. I highly recommend it! We were made to feel very welcome, Otávio and his wife were super attentive. The whole house is thoughtfully designed with beautiful decoration, so it is the best option for those with children, with ample lawn space and a sand court. Close to everything, several sights that can be reached on foot. The house is even more beautiful and cozy than in the photos. Very comfortable beds and pillows. I would go back and it's super recommended 🙏👏

The house is amazing, it was clean, smelling and all tidy. It has all the necessary utensils, and a great gourmet area. The swimming pool had warm water which made us enjoy even more. The neighborhood is super quiet, which allowed us to rest. I'll definitely come back more often.

The house is huge! Spacious rooms, fans available in all rooms, the wonderful outdoor area for children's fun and the pool is delicious! The host Carol was very helpful, attentive, and assisted me whenever I needed it. We loved our vacation!

The house accommodated our entire family exactly as it was described in the listing! João was very attentive, flexible and fast in interactions and guidelines for access. The location is great, in a traditional and family neighborhood in Campinas and easy to access.

Large and comfortable house, in a safe condominium, good for walking, with small shops nearby. You have the option to be close to Itatiba and Jundiaí. Eduardo is always helpful and polite. Safe backyard for pets. Excellent pool. The house is just as shown in the photos. I recommend it, a place of peace and tranquility.

My family liked the lodging a lot, and the dogs then, I don't even need to mention that they will be drowsy for at least 2 days, rsrs. The stay was excellent! Leonardo is extremely receptive and attentive, always willing to listen and open to suggestions. All that was previously agreed upon has been complied with carefully and responsibly. The communication with him is easy and enjoyable, which makes the experience even more positive. The space has a familiar and welcoming atmosphere, of those that make us feel at home. And the surrounding countryside is a chapter apart — it conveys peace, renews energy and makes the environment even more special. Without a doubt, it is a place that makes you want to go back and indicate whenever possible.

We spent a wonderful holiday. The house is complete, safe and with excellent leisure space. We found everything clean and organized. Claudeir is really a Superhost, responds quickly, communicates clearly and is super polite. We'll be back for sure!!

Our stay was great. Marco is extremely attentive, polite, kind, and discreet. Mora next to the rented house, but it left us completely at ease and with total privacy. The house is true to the ad. The only things we had to take were bedding , bath and tablecloth in case you ate the meals there. All in excellent conditions of use: beds , showers, cable TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave. The property is well secured, with electronic gate and electric fence. It has air conditioning in each bedroom and a fan in the living room. We do not need to use a fan or air conditioning, as the house is very airy, ventilated and clear. Many thanks Marco for your hospitality. We'll come back again for sure !!

A safe and very beautiful place . Super helpful and thoughtful host and home town. The site is beautiful and full of nature, the children loved being able to interact with the monkeys and be able to play in the countryside. Pena that cooled the day we were but we will already schedule ourselves to come back in the summer to be able to enjoy the pool. Everyone loved the weekend.

Cissa was super receptive and welcomed us very well. City Council gave us good instructions and helped us with some requests, as well as leaving us 100% at ease. The fact of living on the floor above gave us security, mainly because it was not a gated community. The pool area and the garden are the maximum point, really very tasty to stay and relax, in addition to being very well taken care of, which left us calm to release our pets. The suite is very simple but functional (the air-conditioning is good, and has a projector instead of a TV). Well-equipped and spacious kitchen. We recommend!

We stayed for the weekend of my graduation and it was just perfect! The place is amazing, very well cared for, comfortable and ideal for both family moments and friends, everyone felt super at ease. It was a shame, due to the rush, we were unable to enjoy even more everything that the space provides. The host was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, which made all the difference.
