Adrian is an excellent host, super attentive. I had some concerns and they were resolved instantly. The apartment is very nice and on arrival it was impeccable. The internet is great for making Home Office. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

The house of Fabiana is spectacular, exactly as in the pictures: wide space, of extreme good taste, super comfortable. The cleaning was spotless. The beds and towels are of high quality. The pool is delicious, the water at the right temperature. We took our dogs and they took advantage of the backyard to play, without worrying about anything (all surrounded and safe). There is an emporium 500 meters from the house that is very well served from everything we wanted to cook. Anyway, we spent a carnival holiday in style, quiet and relaxed. We'll be back as soon as we have another chance.

The space is very cozy, with oriental-themed décor. Good shower, good air-conditioned room. For me, who needed an outdoor space because of the puppy, it met expectations, the grassy yard is excellent.

Eduardo's house in Itupeva is simply amazing! Very large, modern, super clean and extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay and I definitely want to come back! Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool because the time was short and the heater didn't have time to fully heat up, but it still looked great. I highly recommend it!

A small house but with everything you need! It's a really cool studio, and for couples traveling it's great, I went by motorcycle so it fit easily in the garage, if your car is a sedan you'll have to stay on the street, but the neighborhood is very quiet! There are 3 studios wall to wall, so you might hear what the people next door are doing, but nothing too much!

“House with a homey feel” Impeccable cleanliness and organization. Functional kitchen and laundry Where I could eat meals and even wash some clothes since I had a 3-month-old baby. Kitchen with dishwasher where I had the convenience of leaving everything clean. Quality bedding and everything very clean. Very nice decoration allowing me to feel at home for a few days. I definitely recommend it and will return to the place.
