The house is beautiful and identical to the photos, everything is clean, fragrant and organized, it has air conditioning, fans and is also well ventilated. Good location near the shops. Duane is very friendly and responds quickly! super recommend!

We wanted to thank you for your stay! Everything is very good! The hydro, air conditioning, hot water in the faucets and the projector are the highlights of the house. But we have some very important points for improvement that we think need to be taken into account, for example: Security needs to be improved, the main gate of the house is made of wood, very “mixuruca”. When we got there, there was an open part. We live in Rio de Janeiro and we know how much violence there is, even though it's a bucolic neighborhood. In addition, the lighting of the outside also leaves something to be desired when night comes. It would be safer if the room was closed with glass and not just curtains. In addition, we had difficulties with the stove and oven and did not get answers. We also found foci of dengue mosquito larvae under the outdoor sink. An imminent danger.

Very comfortable house and great location. It accommodated 6 people who were working very well, beautiful house and quiet location. We'll be back for sure.

The best location in Barra, the apartment matches the photos and descriptions, the building is easy to get around, it is a quiet place and the environment is always clean with the daily cleaning that is done in the apartment. Mr. Mario is very attentive and available! I'll be back!

We really liked the stay. The apartment is excellent, we highlight the balcony and its beautiful ocean view. We traveled with our one-year-old son, so we took advantage of the building's amenities (pool and game room). The beach is divine!! The area is very nice, safe and quiet. It is for those seeking tranquility away from the most central part. Downstairs there is a very complete 24-hour supermarket. Erica is very attentive and always willing to help.

Location, Location, Location...this place was perfectly situated on Ipanema Beach! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The host was very welcoming and accommodative. We wouldn't hesitate staying here if we are ever in Rio again.

I just needed a quiet place to spend my birthday, but I got a complete package with super receptive hosts, an extremely cozy stay, a stunning view and an amazing leisure area!!!! Mr. Ailton and Mrs. Sonia put on a show of kindness and charisma, people of a unique character, always concerned with our well-being. It was amazing!! I traveled with my family, husband and children, who were amazed by the look of the place, which, by the way, has a sunrise and sunset that is the envy of Arpoador lol. What a view, what a wonderful pool, complete gourmet area, nothing but praise. Mr. Ailton also surprised the children with a ride on the farm's Soldier Horse and at night he lit the fire so that we could have a marshmallow night and of course the children were amazed. I'll be back soon. Thanks for the unforgettable days.

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

I had a wonderful stay at Paulo's place! The space was spotless, cozy, and even better than described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near a variety of shops & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely beautiful place in the best neighborhood in Rio. Leblon is extremely charming, the beach is walking distance, safe, and not so full of tourists as copacabana so you get to experience the true Brasil charm. The apartment is perfect, exactly as the picture, modern with a homely feeling, super clean, comfortable beds… I am so happy to have stayed there. Originally I had hotel reservations but when I saw the pictures of this apartment I was in love. This place beats the ocean view, you get to see the Pedra da Gavea and the Christ statue. The host is lovely, very responsive and accommodating. The building staff is friendly and always available. If you have the chance to stay here don’t miss it, when you walk into this apartment you can’t help but feel like the trip is already a success!!!

Brand new and very cozy apartment. Very clean and smelling linens. Excellent hosts. Victor responds super fast and Rachel, who welcomed us, was extremely friendly, as was the building's caretaker. The only negative point was the fact that the bathroom in the suite had no door, but nothing that serious.

This apartment was spectacular, and Miguel was one of the most responsive and proactive hosts my partner and I have ever had. I highly recommend this apartment - you won’t regret it.

We’ve stayed at tons of AirBnBs over the years and Andre and Raul’s was one of the coolest and Most memorable ever!! Andre and his father Raul were so incredibly kind, and the most gracious hosts. What we loved from start to finish - * Andre helped us get a driver to the house easily from Copacabana * Check In was flexible and he allowed us to store our things after we got in early * The home itself….omg it’s so awesome. Just like the pictures if not better! I wish we had booked for a week! * Amazing hiking nearby with trailheads that started right down the road leading to beautiful vistas, waterfalls, and monkey and toucan sightings! * Speaking of monkeys, we loved that on our first morning there one particularly friendly one came by to say hi! * The community is lovely, and we had a blast meeting some of the nearby neighbors who were also so welcoming * Views are absolutely stunning, especially from the back deck of the house and the pool! Perfect place, amazing view, peaceful beach. The flat was super clean, nothing to complain about it. Super easy to talk to the host (she was 100% available for any doubt). Can’t recommend more this place

Penha was an exceptional host, extremely welcoming, attentive and flexible. He promptly answered all my questions and was always available to help with whatever was needed. The house is large, comfortable and very well equipped. The condominium, surrounded by the beauty of the Atlantic Forest, is a true haven of peace: quiet, safe and in perfect harmony with nature. I couldn't fail to mention the recommendation she made of Zélia, who helped us prepare a delicious birthday celebration lunch, a 1000 star rating. --- If you want a more informal or more objective version, I can adjust it too.

This place is right in the middle of Ipanema and Copacabana excellent location. Host provided recommendations to eat as well as things to do. He was very responsive and helpful during the trip. Highly recommend to stay here.

Beautiful apartment & very convenient location! close to many attractions. Host was very responsive and attentive. Bruno was very helpful getting me to my apartment. The front desk concierge were all great with getting me all checked in! Will definitely keep on my list of places to return to!
