We loved this place! The view from the private terrace was amazing. Direct access to the beach and the amenities of the apartment complex made it more convenient for us. 100% will be booking again when back in Rio.

You should be able to leave a 6-star rating. Romeu's apartment is an 11/10, it exceeds all expectations. Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (for example, with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant of first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. Anyway, unbeatable from every angle, thank you very much Romeu and see you next time (which there will undoubtedly be).

My stay was excellent. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect, and the host's attention was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

A very comfortable apartment on the 31st floor, which allows for very nice views of the city. It has furniture, appliances and utensils that are very useful for travelers. The terrace is very nice and the pool is phenomenal, heated and large. The location is excellent, some nearby places are the Museum of Tomorrow, Uruguiana, Monasterio San Benito, Real Gabinete, Confiteria Colombo, Convento de San Antonio, just to mention the closest but by Uber you can quickly get to many other places in less than 10 min. Eliane was always attentive, responded quickly and maintained good communication at all times. This apartment, which is in the heart of this great and beautiful city, is highly recommended.

The view was our favorite part.

Our stay was great, Monica was very requested from the first moment. We were surprised by a complimentary cake at checkin, a gesture of much kindness and affection from the hostess. The apartment is well clean, with a well integrated living room and kitchen, clean and well equipped. The rooms and bathtub are good. We had a great weekend in space!

A flawless host and a magnificent condominium and apartment. The balcony offers an ocean view, and falling asleep to the sound of waves is the best. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property features a heated pool, cleaned weekly. There are cameras and staff everywhere, making it very calm and safe. The host was very attentive and friendly. Right across the street is a beach with few people, where you can enjoy the ocean. I travel a lot, and this was one of the best stays. Thank you! ❤️

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was perfect. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It's pretty much down to the beach so the location couldn't be better. I enjoyed my little 14 days there and will most likely come back

The hotel is a very cozy, clean and quiet place. I always come to this hotel because of that. Just a tip, ask beforehand if the recreational areas are open, so it doesn't happen like it did to me, where I was only informed after the purchase.

There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

Olivia went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay - from getting a bathtub for our four month old to letting us check out later so we had a place to stay before the night flight. The apartment was great and location was perfection. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful house!! Super recommend!

There were 6 of us guests and the house accommodated us very comfortably. It is a little isolated and close to the woods, so we had privacy, silence and a very beautiful view. It was very well organized and clean, the amenities met our needs. Juliana and Bernardo were communicative and answered our questions quickly.

It was great, the house is bigger than in the photos. The location was chosen because it was close to an event and it was very easy to get in and out. The house is huge, cozy and well-equipped. I recommend it.

Excellent! That's the only word to describe Raquel's house and our stay. The place is identical to the photos and super cozy, clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay, including the kitchen (a point that many houses usually leave to be desired). For those who go with pets, you can rest assured that there is no risk of them running away or entering any bushes (the whole house is walled, with privacy and linear). Raquel is a great host, very sweet, attentive and responds super fast. You want to live there forever. We'll be back more often for sure.

Wonderful stay – ideal for families with children and groups of friends! Our experience was simply spotless! The house is extremely comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, with large rooms that perfectly accommodated our family, which included a 5-year-old, full of energy. For those traveling with children, the place is excellent: safe, with plenty of room to play, and bicycles available. The outdoor area is a real highlight — the barbecue is great for socializing and the heated pool ensured fun even on the coldest day. Another point we loved was the variety of board games available, perfect for group leisure time and for entertaining the children during rest time. The house provides both fun and tranquility, ideal for relaxing and recharging.
