Ideal for families visiting nearby schools eg Clifton Prep, Michaelhouse et al. A great base from which to explore the Midlands and Drakensberg. Solar system during loadshedding.

Rutland Ridge Farm House

This modern farmhouse is situated on a dam, on a working farm, close to the Nottingham Road village. Overlooking a small dam, it is north-facing with views of the surrounding ridge and farm activities. The house has a glass enclosed patio, large open plan living area/kitchen, and four en-suite bedrooms downstairs. The loft area is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom and a TV area. This home is ideal for a weekend in the KZN midlands, and very comfortably accommodates 2-3 families or 8 adults.

A charming , spacious, house in the secure Gowrie Village in Nottingham Rd. Cosy in winter with a wood burner in the lounge and another in the kitchen. It overlooks a field, is peaceful and quiet and yet close to the coffee shops and eating places. Bourne View has an excellent location, close to pubs and meander shops and yet retains the feel of being in the country. A home away from home we offer comfort. Large family or group stays. Bridford Farm is a wonderful family home set in the Kwazulu-Natal Midlands just over the hill from Michaelhouse school.
