We had a lovely stay at Florys' place. Everything is exactly as the photos presented. Florys is a very active and welcoming host with a lot of sympathy. He was able to meet all our expectations. Jonathan's apartment is very nice, the decor is neat and the large terrace is very pleasant (although overlooking a very busy road, cars and tram, the latter very noisy). Not very big but very well arranged, it is suitable for a short stay if there are two of you. It doesn't allow for great cooking, but Montpellier is well provided with restaurants and also places where you can find takeout food (Les Halles Castellane in particular is a 15-minute walk away). I felt very comfortable there personally and I really enjoyed being able to go for a walk in the Jardin des Plantes or in town in just a few minutes' walk. Jonathan is very responsive, he can remotely solve many small problems, his apartment is connected, everything is under control! They're also willing to travel if necessary. The garage is very small but Jonathan helps to park on arrival and given the limited space outside it's a +!

Beautiful mas d 'Ardèche very well laid out. Spacious bedrooms, very green and shaded outdoor spaces, the garden and pool are accessible directly from the house and very pleasant. The house is very well located, quiet at the entrance to the village of Berrias, convenient for bakery, and water activities are quickly accessible 15 minutes by car... Communication with our hosts was very efficient and everything went perfectly well. We were 2 families, 8 people in total and the house really enjoyed everyone!

We had a great time in a beautiful, quiet, peaceful place surrounded by nature. The river is also very beautiful and relaxing. There are also some beautiful places nearby. As a bonus, we were blessed with great weather.

We had a wonderful stay at Thibaud's villa. The house is beautiful, clean and very well-equipped. The location is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Thibaud is a very welcoming and responsive host.

modern cottage, nicely decorated with a beautiful terrace and lawn. Quiet and secure environment (we were able to leave our mountain bikes on the terrace without worries). 100 m from an exit gate to access hiking and mountain bike trails (including Grande Traversée de l'Ardèche, GR4, and 1.5 km from the XCO mountain bike circuit). 2 heated swimming pools, 1 with slides are available. These pools are located about 300 m from the accommodation. There is a restaurant in this residence and snacks (but not open in low season, and during our stay). We enjoyed the east-facing terrace. We also came with our little dog. There are large lawns in this residence for walking, and outside in the walking paths. This property is ideally located for all the activities the area has to offer.

Perfect stay from the flexible welcome (check-in at more than 10 p.m.) and caring until checkout. Quiet, clean place and hosts are at your disposal for any requests. The cottage has all amenities including air conditioning. Recommended.

Beautiful old apartment, really spacious and classy. Pictures didn’t really do it justice. Large, well equipped kitchen. Cool indoors in hot weather and big balcony overlooking the garden / surrounding hills was gorgeous. Mosquito nets on all the windows a big plus. Right in the heart of the town but really chilled. A few noisy motors at night but otherwise tranquil. Also loved the big communal garden with wild herbs, friendly neighbours and pétanque. Will definitely recommend and come back

Thomas was very accommodating and was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions and requests. The place was clean, especially the kitchen and utensils. It was a very comfortable place to stay. There were many big grocery stores nearby, so it was convenient to shop, and parking was very easy.
