Beachfront vacation rentals in Nosy-Be

We had a great time. The house is spacious and clean. The owner was available and responsive to our requests. The staff available was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The house is located in a subdivision but relatively well isolated from outside views. Note that the house is very close to a beach from where you can go on excursions to visit the points of interest of the island.

The house is beautiful, almost with your feet in the water. This is a rare location in Nosy Be. The view of the pool and sea and coconut trees remains engraved in our memories. We had a great time: Fresh and delicious kitchen every day with freshly caught seafood, all the staff are very attentive, departures on a boat trip from the accommodation, beach in front of the accommodation, isolated from the hustle and bustle of Hell City and Ambatoloaka. In short, a great vacation in a real little paradise!

Very beautiful waterfront villa. Great welcome from Jeanine and the team who are attentive throughout the stay. The accommodation is very comfortable despite the water pressure problem. The place has nothing to do with nearby hotels. Thanks for the great exchange

We highly recommend this Air B&B! Fabrice and Peguy are very hospitable. They have supported us in every issue: transport to restaurants, reservations, day trips and more. Our apartment was directly at the beach, it got cleaned every day, which we highly appreciated, and we were for ourselves. We had a very nice stay! If we travel to Nosy Be again, we will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. This place is a gem. The pictures don’t do the house justice. Having the house and garden all to yourself is just heaven. The house is cleverly built to accommodate the fact that you spend most of your time outdoors. We came in the rainy season and even then it was worth it, being mesmerized interchangeably by lucky sunny days and the forces of the moesson. Etienne is a responsive host that can link you to i.e. boat drivers and taxis, and on the ground there’s a manager and watchman to help you make your stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

What a great trip . I really needed some sun a pool and a beautiful environment and Casa Enza delivered on all front. What a view out over the Indian Ocean! And the infinity pool just footsteps from the door and I had everything to myself. I travelled for two weeks in March, technically off season but still 30 degrees every day. Very few tourists around too so really a great time to travel if you can. Maurizio was a really attentive host despite being thousands of miles away in Italy. He speaks excellent English. I had to work London hours during the week (nosy is 3 hours ahead) so good internet was essential and This place had just installed a new system which full delivered. Also Assany, a local guy. Was on hand to help as well as looking after the pool and the garden. Fantastic trip, I can’t fault it.

Frank’s stay was amazing!!! It’s tucked away in the green hills, and surrounded by a variety of beautiful trees and animals. Frank is a very responsive host and very proactive in ensuring we had all we need for a comfortable stay. (Ex. Our kitchen was always stocked and he checked in with us after the storm). Highly recommend if you’re looking for a more wild, and secluded stay. There is a bit of a climb from the beach to the house, so if you’re planning to be in and out the house, I encourage assessing physical fitness / considering if you’re looking for flexible accessibility. With that said, the walk to and from the beach adds to the wonder to Frank’s property! It’s perfect for nature lovers.

Charming wooden house by the sea: tranquility and relaxation guaranteed. The pool is very nice and clean, the house is ideally located in Dzamandzar a village close to Hell Ville (for shopping) but far enough away to guarantee tranquility. Restaurant and bakery nearby. Recommended accommodation!

Memorable 4 day stay. The house is on a hillock by the ocean with great views of the ocean and mainland. 2 bedrooms with ocean view and an upper level bedroom with panoramic view of the ocean from the full washroom. Comfortable furnishings to spend long hours gazing at the ocean. All the staff members are friendly and efficient. Chef cooked delicious fresh fish, shrimp curry and grilled fish. Good number of books,snorkeling kits are available for guest use. Lemurs visit the property usually more than twice a day. We will miss this piece of island paradise !!

Amazing villa, in a peaceful environment. The house staff are great, attentive and very professional.

To start with: the place is beautiful. It has an amazing view of the ocean and the sunsets are really pretty. You can easily get down to the beach and there is a lot of space to relax. Natalia, the owner and the staff were very friendly and available to help whenever I wanted. They can arrange food, transportation, etcetera. The first day, the owner took me to the supermarket so I could get some groceries. One thing that is good to know is that it is a private house on the property of the owner. This means that the staff and owner will be around the house as well. This was not a problem, but something I noticed in one of the other reviews as well.

Villa Miadana is a very good house with a high quality finish. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen and living room is of good size. The villa is good equipped with everything you need. The garden (with pool) is compact but very functional, it feels private. The view from the house is amazing. The caretaker (Anita) is fantastic. She is reliable, helpful, a good cook and a very nice person. We have been in Madagascar a couple of times and this is the best place we have stayed in.

Thanks to Pierre and Brigitte his outstanding cook housekeeper, we were able to live and discover what the word “paradise” is. Pierre is not only more than responsive, very accommodating, but he also had at heart throughout our stay to make us live as delicious moments. Brigitte, very present, delighted us with her good humor and amazing and fresh food. Thank you thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us and giving us this bubble of happiness. It's just a goodbye Nosy Komba, we hope we'll be back soon!

we had a pleasant stay. A big thank you to Ida the chef always smiling and attentive. The house staff is very nice also very discreet only small hic of laundry stained by bleach . Nelly is very accommodating, we thanked him for the services provided. We recommend this large villa that is dreamy

Excellent stay at Villa Alma. Beautiful luxury house, with pool and sea view. Heloise and Jenny took great care of us. We had a great time.

Very nice house, by the sea, with a beautiful garden in a quiet corner. The location is secluded, allowing you to enjoy the calm and the beach without anyone. You can then easily reach the places to visit. Nosy Sakatia, right across the street, is accessible by boat from the beach. Fleurysia, the manager, helped us with the market and to get our bearings. Robertin the caretaker picked us coconuts for our juices and sauces, and put us in touch with guides. The house is well-equipped, even better than in the photos. We felt right at home, but in a much more heavenly setting!

We had an amazing time! Our hosts went the extra mile to ensure that we had a good time. I would definitief recommend this accommodation. Beautiful surroundings just in front of the beach.🐋

the best Airbnb I've got in all my travels over the last 10 years on Airbnb. the villa was amazing, with hot water which is rare on the island, closeby to the main village and trekking to the centre of the island. hostess was amazing, 3 meals a day, water and a fully stocked kitchen. outstanding

We had a very nice 8-day vacation! The place is beautiful and very peaceful. Jacquess and his wife Angele and their family are very sweet. During your stay, they live out behind the house, and are always around and ready to help. We became great friends. The place is far away from the city and any supermarket, and it is difficult to go out shopping and cooking yourself. We just decided to let Angele cook all our meals and we were not disappointed. Angele cooks simple yet delicious meals, with fresh fish, scrimp and fruit. We just relaxed all day and when the food was ready, we went to eat. A little like a B&B. One time we went to the neighbouring hotel, which has a restaurant. You will of course pay for the food and Angele's cooking, but not restaurant prices. It's a big advantage if you speak French or Malagasy to communicate. We used a local guide Frido Be for an island tour and also Blue Wave Diving, to go Scuba Diving. Btw, there is only saltwater in the bathrooms and shower.

We were very well , a spacious house and well maintained, precise and always controlled cleaning service. If we can give a tip, it would be good to renovate the kitchen. We will highly recommend it

The apartment was great for our kids, although there is not much space around the house, the beach is a short walk away. The owner was very attentive to our needs and found solutions in case of any problem - great👍. We will be back.

Very nice beachfront house, simple but intelligently designed. Very warm welcome from Alice, with perfect French, as kind as she is intelligent and reachable if needed - the whole team on site is also very good, pleasant and considerate. Plate of fresh fruit and coconut upon arrival. Thanks again to everyone. Frequent power outages but as often in Madagascar and generator if needed. The house is in a very good location at the end of the beach. No shops nearby but a tuk tuk that comes as soon as you call it (Ambatoloaka 10 min by tuk tuk for groceries or 15 min walk by small path). The place is very quiet, apart from roosters and dogs at night, but as in all of Madagascar. For those interested, there is a small drop for snorkeling, very nice, right across the house at low tide. The beach is quiet and pleasant to run as well. And every evening the sunset over the sea... a treat! We hope to come back!

Great stay in this beautiful house! The house is really spacious and very nicely decorated, all the bedrooms are simple and lovely, the bathrooms nickel, and the living areas really very nice. The view is breathtaking, from the house and dock. And Maryse and her sister are fabulous, and made our stay perfect!
