Beachfront vacation rentals in Nosy-Be

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est spacieuse et propre. La propriétaire a ete disponible et reactive face à nos demandes. Le personnel a disposition a ete tres agreable et a l'écoute de nos besoins. La maison est située dans un lotissement mais relativement bien isolé des regards extérieurs. A noter que la maison est très près d'une plage d'ou l'on peut partir en excursions. pour visiter les points d'intérêt de l'ile.

La maison est magnifique, quasiment les pieds dans l’eau. C’est un emplacement rare à Nosy Be. La vue sur la piscine et la mer et les cocotiers reste gravée dans nos mémoires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : Cuisine fraîche et délicieuse tous les jours avec fruits de mer fraîchement pêchés, tout le personnel est aux petits soins, les départs en excursion en bateau depuis le logement, plage en face du logement, isolée de l’agitation de Hell Ville et Ambatoloaka. Bref des vacances géniales dans un vrai petit paradis!

Très belle villa pieds dans l'eau. Super accueil de Jeanine et de l'équipe qui sont tout au long du séjour aux petits soins. Le logement est très confortable malgré le problème de pression d'eau. Le logement n'a rien à envier aux hôtel à proximité. Merci pour ce bel échange

Der niedliche Bungalow ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht & was das Herz begehrt. Was -glaube ich- nicht ganz sicher aus dem Internet hervorgeht: es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Bei Stromausfällen, die auf der Insel ab und zu vorkommen, ist auch vorgesorgt: ein Ventilator funktioniert über Akku, Licht läuft z.T. auch über Akku. Es wird alles super gereinigt. Das Personal, allen voran Peguy, ist supernett und immer hilfreich. Die Lage ist erstklassig, wenn man Ruhe und einen tollen Strand sucht. Auch gut: das Grundstück ist bewacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely place, I was in awe with all the precious stones and fossils thst was everywhere I'm bedded in the floors and walls. We had another booking at another place but after being blessed with this place, we just came back and stayed 2 more nights..Next time we won't bother to book somewhere else. Friendly staff and super clean. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay. This place is a gem. The pictures don’t do the house justice. Having the house and garden all to yourself is just heaven. The house is cleverly built to accommodate the fact that you spend most of your time outdoors. We came in the rainy season and even then it was worth it, being mesmerized interchangeably by lucky sunny days and the forces of the moesson. Etienne is a responsive host that can link you to i.e. boat drivers and taxis, and on the ground there’s a manager and watchman to help you make your stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

What a great trip . I really needed some sun a pool and a beautiful environment and Casa Enza delivered on all front. What a view out over the Indian Ocean! And the infinity pool just footsteps from the door and I had everything to myself. I travelled for two weeks in March, technically off season but still 30 degrees every day. Very few tourists around too so really a great time to travel if you can. Maurizio was a really attentive host despite being thousands of miles away in Italy. He speaks excellent English. I had to work London hours during the week (nosy is 3 hours ahead) so good internet was essential and This place had just installed a new system which full delivered. Also Assany, a local guy. Was on hand to help as well as looking after the pool and the garden. Fantastic trip, I can’t fault it.

Frank’s stay was amazing!!! It’s tucked away in the green hills, and surrounded by a variety of beautiful trees and animals. Frank is a very responsive host and very proactive in ensuring we had all we need for a comfortable stay. (Ex. Our kitchen was always stocked and he checked in with us after the storm). Highly recommend if you’re looking for a more wild, and secluded stay. There is a bit of a climb from the beach to the house, so if you’re planning to be in and out the house, I encourage assessing physical fitness / considering if you’re looking for flexible accessibility. With that said, the walk to and from the beach adds to the wonder to Frank’s property! It’s perfect for nature lovers.

Charmante maison en bois en bord de mer : tranquillité et détente garantis. La piscine est très agréable et propre, la maison est idéalement située à Dzamandzar un village proche de Hell Ville (pour les courses) mais suffisamment éloigné pour garantir la tranquillité. Restaurant et boulangerie à proximité. Logement recommandé !

Memorable 4 day stay. The house is on a hillock by the ocean with great views of the ocean and mainland. 2 bedrooms with ocean view and an upper level bedroom with panoramic view of the ocean from the full washroom. Comfortable furnishings to spend long hours gazing at the ocean. All the staff members are friendly and efficient. Chef cooked delicious fresh fish, shrimp curry and grilled fish. Good number of books,snorkeling kits are available for guest use. Lemurs visit the property usually more than twice a day. We will miss this piece of island paradise !!

Villa incroyable, dans un environnement paisible. Le personnel de maison est génial, à l'écoute et très professionnel.

To start with: the place is beautiful. It has an amazing view of the ocean and the sunsets are really pretty. You can easily get down to the beach and there is a lot of space to relax. Natalia, the owner and the staff were very friendly and available to help whenever I wanted. They can arrange food, transportation, etcetera. The first day, the owner took me to the supermarket so I could get some groceries. One thing that is good to know is that it is a private house on the property of the owner. This means that the staff and owner will be around the house as well. This was not a problem, but something I noticed in one of the other reviews as well.

Villa Miadana is a very good house with a high quality finish. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen and living room is of good size. The villa is good equipped with everything you need. The garden (with pool) is compact but very functional, it feels private. The view from the house is amazing. The caretaker (Anita) is fantastic. She is reliable, helpful, a good cook and a very nice person. We have been in Madagascar a couple of times and this is the best place we have stayed in.

Grâce à Pierre et Brigitte sa femme de ménage cuisinière hors pair, nous avons pu vivre et découvrir ce qu’est le mot « paradis ». Pierre est non seulement plus que réactif, très très arrangeant, mais a eu aussi à cœur durant tout notre séjour de nous faire vivre que de délicieux moments. Brigitte, très présente, nous a régalé de sa bonne humeur et mets incroyables et frais. Merci merci merci de nous avoir partagé votre bout de paradis et nous avoir offert cette bulle de bonheur. Ce n’est qu’un aurevoir Nosy Komba, nous serons, nous l’espérons, bien vite de retour !

nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Un grand merci à Ida le chef cuisinier toujours souriant et à l'écoute. Le personnel de maison est très agréable aussi très discret seul petit hic du linge taché par la javel . Nelly est très arrangeante on l'a remercie pour les services rendu. Maison très agréable, au bord de la mer, avec un jardin magnifique dans un coin tranquille. L'emplacement est isolé, ce qui permet de profiter du calme et de la plage sans personne. On rejoint ensuite facilement les endroits à visiter. Nosy Sakatia, juste en face, est accessible en partant en bateau depuis la plage. Fleurysia, la gérante, nous a aidé à faire le marché et à prendre nos marques. Robertin le gardien nous a cueilli les cocos pour nos jus et nos sauces, et nous a mis en contact avec des guides. La maison est bien équipée, encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, mais dans un cadre beaucoup plus paradisiaque !

We had an amazing time! Our hosts went the extra mile to ensure that we had a good time. I would definitief recommend this accommodation. Beautiful surroundings just in front of the beach.🐋

the best Airbnb I've got in all my travels over the last 10 years on Airbnb. the villa was amazing, with hot water which is rare on the island, closeby to the main village and trekking to the centre of the island. hostess was amazing, 3 meals a day, water and a fully stocked kitchen. outstanding

We had a very nice 8-day vacation! The place is beautiful and very peaceful. Jacquess and his wife Angele and their family are very sweet. During your stay, they live out behind the house, and are always around and ready to help. We became great friends. The place is far away from the city and any supermarket, and it is difficult to go out shopping and cooking yourself. We just decided to let Angele cook all our meals and we were not disappointed. Angele cooks simple yet delicious meals, with fresh fish, scrimp and fruit. We just relaxed all day and when the food was ready, we went to eat. A little like a B&B. One time we went to the neighbouring hotel, which has a restaurant. You will of course pay for the food and Angele's cooking, but not restaurant prices. It's a big advantage if you speak French or Malagasy to communicate. We used a local guide Frido Be for an island tour and also Blue Wave Diving, to go Scuba Diving. Btw, there is only saltwater in the bathrooms and shower.

Ci trovati molto bene , casa spaziosa e ben tenuta servizio di pulizia preciso e sempre controllato. Se possiamo dare un consiglio sarebbe bene rinnovare la cucina. Lo consiglieremo vivamente

L'appartement était super pour nos enfants, bien qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup d'espace autour de la maison, la plage se trouve à quelques pas. La propriétaire était très attentive à nos besoins et trouvait des solutions en cas de problème - super 👍. Nous reviendrons.

Très belle maison en bord de mer, simple mais intelligemment conçue. Accueil très chaleureux d'Alice, au français parfait, aussi aimable qu'intelligente et joignable si besoin- toute l'équipe sur place est d'ailleurs très bien, agréables et prévenants. Assiette de fruits frais et noix de coco à l'arrivée. Merci encore à tous. Coupures de courant fréquentes mais comme souvent à Madagascar et groupe électrogène au besoin. La maison est très bien placée en bout de plage. Pas de commerce à coté mais un tuc tuc qui vient dès qu'on l'appelle (Ambatoloaka 10mn en tuc tuc pour les courses ou 15mn à pied par petit chemin). L'endroit est très calme, à part coqs et chiens la nuit, mais comme dans tout Madagascar. Pour ceux que cela intéresse, il y a un petit tombant pour faire du snorkeling, très sympa, juste en face de la maison à marée basse. La plage est tranquille et agréable à courir également. Et tous les soirs le coucher de soleil sur la mer... un régal ! Nous espérons bien y revenir !

Superbe séjour dans cette superbe maison! La maison est vraiment spacieuse et très joliment décorée, toutes les chambres sont simples et ravissante, les salles de bain nickel, et les espaces de salon vraiment très agréables. La vue est imprenable, depuis la maison et le ponton. Et Maryse et sa soeur sont fabuleuses, et ont rendu notre séjour parfait!
