Sophisticated apartment overlooking the Gulbenkian garden

Fall in love with the view of the beautiful garden of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation on the sunny balcony of this bright apartment. With an elegant and sophisticated decor, all the details in this space were thought to provide an unforgettable experience. Excellent Wi-Fi quality service. Apartment in an old building, fully remodeled, with high ceilings, stuccoed ceilings and hammered glass doors. It is a comfortable apartment with good areas and lots of light throughout the day, both in summer and winter. This two-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 6 people, divided into two luxurious en-suites with a walk-in closet and a large living room with a double sofa bed and a wonderful view. It also has a social toilet (no shower) for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of coffees and teas. Part of the house's utensils are an iron, ironing board, a small clothesline in the back, and a hairdryer. Each occupant will have a set of towels of excellent quality. On the balcony, allow yourself to rest under the Portugal sun and enjoy the vibrant Lisbon nightlife, accompanied by a good wine, or a comforting tea/coffee. Everything to make your stay perfect! The apartment is entirely at your disposal. On the day of check-in, there will always be a person available to show you the apartment and give you all the information you need for your stay. That's why it's important to let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Although we do not have a 24-hour service, we are always available to answer any questions and give tips to improve your stay. The Avenidas Novas neighborhood is one of the noblest in the city, very central and close to several transportation, commerce and restaurants. The apartment is located in front of one of the most beautiful green spaces, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation's garden. The apartment has a flat geographic location, allowing you to move around on foot without major climbs, and therefore with less physical wear. On footpaths, you can enjoy Lisbon's nightlife, where you will find a wide variety of pastry shops with their sunny terraces and try one of the best coffees in the world and its specialties. However, if the option is to travel by metro, in 5 minutes you will find the São Sebastião metro station, where the Blue Line will take you more quickly to the typical places. In this apartment, we excel in quality: - excellent quality bath towels with 600 g/m2 allowing for greater absorption and an extra soft touch. - cotton bedding with lyoncell that translates into a satin touch and accentuated shine. - cleaning is done by a company specialized in the field. The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it). Cleaning is made before the arrivals and is included in the price. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest. You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay. I will always endeavor to reply quickly to all your questions or comments. As soon as you confirm your reservation, I will be in contact to prepare your arrival and will be waiting for you in the flat to welcome you. Wander further, via the nearby Metro, just 8 minutes to the historic center. Subway (metro) is the best public transportation to get around in the city. You will find São Sebastião metro station just at the end of the street (4 min walk). São Sebastião is an hub station for red line (direct connection to the airport) and blue line (direct connection to historic center, avenida da liberdade and santa apolonia train station). There are also three buses lines nearby (3 min walk), at Av. de Berna: 716, 726 and 756. If you want to visit Alcantara area or Rua da Junqueira (Tagus riverfront), line 756 will get you there (direction east-west). If you are traveling with a private car, there is a covered car park in front of the building, with a maximum daily rate of 12 euros.

Amazing stay and amazing hosts! Transportation is very convenient, there's a bus stop right in front of the building and the metro station is just a few minutes away, so it's very accessible. My favorite part is that the area is relatively flat, so you can get a break from the hilly old Lisbon area. 100% recommend!

Very basic, but exceptionally clean. I’ve literally never seen such a spotless bathroom and kitchen in a shared space. Definitely would recommend to any traveler who doesn’t need a luxury experience! 10/10.

This is a 4 stars hotel experience for the price of a 2.5 stars hotel stay. The room is very spacious and the floor is cut in an way that has all the bathrooms, kitchen, balconies etc feel like they're yours. The kitchen and dining area is much larger than what I expected and there's a balcony everywhere you turn lastly Hannah who works here is an amazing person as well as Manuel with whom both I had lovely conversations. Just great experience and I'll be definitely coming back if I'm in Lisbon next time.

Cláudia’s place is very convenient and quiet. Few minutes walk to the bus and tram stops and lots of connivence stores and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is lovely and everything you need is included. Cláudia and Cristina are very helpful and nice people. Strongly recommend this place :)
