Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

For outdoor lovers, enjoy Brookvale Ski Park, Hillcrest Disc Golf, and Island Hill Farms nearby. Our cabins provide all the comforts of home, allowing you to unwind in nature. We welcome your furry companions for a $20 fee. Please kennel pets if left unattended.

Little Miss Sunshine Houseboat

Little Miss Sunshine is one of our two houseboats, and let’s face it - she’s adorable! Why sleep on land in a room with an almost-view when you can cozy up in this buttery colored boat and live in the view! Soak in the sun under blue skies on your upper deck, or cool off under your umbrella on the main deck!
