Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Northumberland Strait

In a nutshell...wow! This was easily our #1 Airbnb ever. Exceeded expectations on every front. Super cozy, spotless throughout, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels/linens, high attention to detail, wonderful neighborhood location within easy walking distance to restaurants and stores, and a highly attentive host. We seriously didn't want to leave. Thank you Leslie!

Tyler’s place is quiet, beautiful, and perfectly situated to enjoy the sun. The spaces are ideal for a family. Tyler is also very responsive to questions. Super helpful. We would stay here again!

Enjoyed our overnight stay very much. The place was comfortable, very clean, well stocked with everything from big comfy bath towels to kitchen utensils. It accommodated 6 people very well. The interior has many unique touches with raw edged wood and metal. The location is great and the view is wonderful. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I highly recommend this air bnb.

Agata and Ben truly went above and beyond in hosting us last weekend. We approached them to ask if they would allow us to have a small elopement wedding ceremony on their property and they jumped at the opportunity to help us say “I do.” From the fresh cut flowers throughout the home to finding us extra seating, they made sure to make our special day as special as possible. Very quick to respond to our queries and made us feel right at home and welcome. We hope to stay again one day for our anniversary. Thank you both so much!

What a little gem. We came across this listing by accident and booked it on a whim. What a treat! Ryan reached out before checkin with helpful instructions and was very responsive... but we didn't need a thing because this place is perfect. Cozy, clean, and very well appointed. We enjoyed a blazing fire, hot tub under the darkest, clearest sky, and home made meals in the kitchen that had everything. While the area is quiet and somewhat secluded, there was plenty to do in the cabin (puzzles, games, and a basement with pool table, table tennis, and foosball). We did a hike a nearby Drysdale Falls. We are already thinking about our next visit :)

We stayed at Jaime's with my Aunt and 4 yr old son. (4 ppl) The pull out couch was comfortable, the space was very clean and quiet. It was about a 15 min drive to our downtown dinner reservation, and about 5 minutes from the Receiver coffee 'headquarters' which was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend to fellow travellers. A great choice to explore Charlottetown.

This is an extremely pleasant apartment on the second floor, great windows, very good space. William was very responsive and managed to find some items I had left behind and could not find after we left. Thank you William! Werwould love to come again.

We had a very quick trip in Cap-Pelé but we were able to get some entertainment out of the giant projector screen before sleeping in very comfortable beds. Overall, the place was extremely cleaned and organized - would gladly stay again next time we're in the area. Thanks Peter!

It is always nice to enter a rental and have one’s reaction change quickly from relief to pleasant surprise to really impressed. That was how my first couple of minutes passed. I am currently trying to book a two day stay. Need I say anything else?

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas holidays. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a cozy electric fireplace. It had modern kitchen with everything you’d need and a big bathroom with a deep soaking tub. If staying in Charlottetown, you would be hard pressed to find a better location, with all of downtown within walking distance and a park a block away yet not in the middle of the busiest areas, such that the evenings were very peaceful. Most of all, Terrie was extremely responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again next year. Thank you!

The Airbnb photographs do not do justice to Amber’s place. The unit is spacious, very nicely renovated, well stocked and included some very thoughtful touches. Though on a main street and a weekend, it was quiet as was the building. Port Williams is a terrific place to visit! There are some nice local restaurants close by and a walking trail leading to Wolfville. The unit was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Towels, linens etc. were plentiful and our host highly responsive and welcoming. Amber’s place is a lovely Airbnb and I highly recommend staying there. Parking is included and if more than one car, overflow and street parking. Thank you Amber and Albert!

We stayed at Dean’s place for a family vacation. It was the perfect venue for our holiday and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay memorable and amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a private spot on the island with beautiful surroundings and great amenities. The entire place was absolutely spotless and well maintained. Dean was an exceptional host and greeted us on the first day to show us around and answer any questions we had about the property. Thank you Dean for the wonderful hospitality and enjoyable experience!

Great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Crystal’s villa. It was spacious and comfortable, and the access to laundry was key for our longer trip through the Maritimes. The location was ideal for exploring the Island, our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! The pool was wonderful after a long day of driving as well! Highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat at Sou’West - the best mussels we had while visiting, and a beautiful location with live music on the Friday we visited. We were able to take advantage of the fun of Cavendish for our 6 year old while also being in close enough proximity to amazing beaches like Greenwich, and squeezed in a visit to Basin Head prior to boarding the ferry to NS.

We certainly enjoyed our stay. Quiet area, home was well equipped with whatever we needed. Check in was ideal, and would definitely return.

Very responsive and accommodating hosts! Villa is as advertised, the property worked really well for us as we were with a wedding with multiple others staying at the resort. It’s a short drive to lots of beaches and restaurants.

This is our third time at Moniques and it is more wonderful each time. Monique is a professional host and the house is spectacular. What a wonderful part of NB especially for us, as our kids are in French immersion. Beach right down from the house is beautiful and everything you need can be bought locally. We drove into Shediac for a couple patio meals and pier jumping. So sad to head home but we will be back to NB!

We had a lovely stay for a men’s golf trip at Corrine’s. The place was beautiful, incredible views and scenery, nicely landscaped. The house was large, lots of space for 8 guys, comfortable beds, and great outdoor hangout space. The water at the beach was very warm. We were able to get a shuttle into Moncton for a evening out, and no trouble getting back to the spot after our evening. Highly recommend the place!
